I'm not sure what I'm saying. This one is for Ford, and you'll need to know the pipe's outside diameter.
I think it's 2 1/4 their 734, so call Walker with the part. 384 7830

But I made it work by using longer bolts and cutting the springs. The "bell" at the end of the muffler pipe between the converter and the mufflers is too small for the flange. I ground down the inside of the flanges and shortened the tension springs to make the sinthered ring work properly. The distance between the flange holes is too close together; it's a mess, but it works. Let's see how long this fix lasts since Ford is getting $425 for the muffler and pipe. It's made to fit your car, so it's of excellent quality.
5" kit. If you have a 2-inch pipe, this item is a good buy. Mine, on the other hand, is only two inches tall. I had to return it because it was too big for me at 25". This page really needs a description so people know what diameter the flange is before they order it. Everything in the kit is well-made, and the flange is oil-coated to prevent rusting, in case anyone is wondering if they got a used one. The only reason I gave this kit four stars is because it does not specify what diameter pipe it is intended for; otherwise, I would have given it five stars. However, it is an excellent deal.
This is exactly what I needed to repair my exhaust where the flange rotted and broke apart . The picture is not 100% accurate and the description doesn tell you the size% 5" pipe. br>The two smaller bolts needed to connect the clamp together were not included, so I had to go to the hardware store and find something that would work - extra $5. I expected to get everything that was shown in the picture for the price I paid. br>This is nothing more than a flange with two pieces of hollow round steel stock welded to each side and then cut in half. I could make this myself for a quarter of the price if I had a welder and the steel on hand. br>Unfortunately, I had to buy it again because the flange on the opposite side of my catalytic converter broke free while I was wrenching on the bolts, resulting in another leak.
This kit is devoid of any redeeming qualities. I'm not sure who came up with the spring bolt and flange specifications, but they're not even close to being usable. They appear to be made in India, in my opinion. They must have reasoned that it was close enough for government work. When you try to install it, however, it's not quite so amusing. My recommendation is to pay the extra for OEM and do it only once. It's bad enough that you have to do exhaust work once; there's no need to do it again because of low-quality, poorly manufactured parts that only sort of fit.
It's a little too big for my exhaust pipes, and I wish it came in the right size. Because the clamps were missing bolts, I had to go out and buy them, which was extremely inconvenient. I would have returned the item if I hadn't needed it today to fix the vehicle, and it was still less expensive than purchasing the kit elsewhere. When you have the right bolts and the spring bolts fit through the holes perfectly, the clamp works great. Overall, it's not a bad product; I just wish proper sizing was included in the description rather than having to look it up in the comments, and that it came with all the necessary parts.
This kit is a complete waste of money! What you get is a 18202W kit that is a "REPLACEMENT" for the WALKER 36128. The kit comes with two halves that are missing the bolts that hold them together, as well as a flange that will only fit a 1 7/8" flange and a gasket that will only fit a 2 1/4" pipe, and bolts that will not fit through the holes that they are supposed to slide through. I attempted to order this kit from two different suppliers "three" times. It was always a low-cost replacement kit that didn't fit. The image depicts the contents of the "kit. ".
One of the bolts that came with the kit wasn't threaded. The clamp's own shaping was erratic. Aside from that, the kit appears to be in good working order.
As stated in the following reviews. The two bolts that join the flange halves together have been removed from this replacement 18202W. The diameter is 2. Although it was only 5 inches long, it fit a 2007 Explorer perfectly. It functions satisfactorily, but it should have been rated a 2. How about a diameter of 25? Instead of returning, I went out and bought two 2" x 5/16" bolts, lock washers, and nuts because I needed to fix this right away.
