Can it be bolted on or do I need to get the metal welded on?

The bolts are fine and they go on without any issues.

How would this fit onto a 2006 Lexus IS 250 with AWD?

It appears that Magnaflows website says the fluid will fit if it is not a convertible.

I am very happy with the system! It fits my 2006 Lexus IS 350 well! With the new exhaust, K&N now offers a wide range of options I installed an intake system on my IS 350 a few months ago and now it is screaming The sound and the feel are both excellent!.

It is an excellent product at an excellent price. The installation process could not be easier. I have noticed a difference in the way my Lexus drives since using this particular product. You can tell it's a completely different vehicle by its feel and sound. In the event that you decide to install it yourself, I strongly suggest you pick up a ramp, spring compressors, and WD40 for the rubber hangers so you can remove the old exhaust with ease. Overall, it is a very good product for the money.

I love it! In the past 6 months, this has been installed in my 2007 Lexus IS250

The sound is nice and rough to me, with a dimmed effect. I don't feel like it's loud but I don't feel like it's too quiet, either. The purchase I made was satisfactory to me. If you have a problem after about five months, you might want to check that the bolts on the muffler are tightened or just have your installer confirm that the bolts on the clamp were tightened. It took me literally 5 minutes to fix mine, I think it came loose in the vibration. You could try to have them weld the whole thing together. Thank you! I am still happy with my purchase.

I would recommend this product over a factory exhaust
