No, they do not include gaskets.
Yes, any 289, 302, or 351w will fit. It won't fit a 351 Cleveland, and it might cause clearance issues with stock fuel-injected 351w and 302s upper intakes.

The baffle mounting screws were too small to mount the baffles, which I had the same problem with as many other reviewers on the internet. The holes in the baffle mounting bosses were a lot bigger than the screws that came with them. Fortunately, I had some suitable screws on hand, but I had to enlarge the holes in the baffles to accommodate the larger screws, which I installed using loc-tite. tite, despite the inconvenience, it's still a 5 star product. br>br>They have excellent fit and finish, and they are tall enough to clear my roller rockers. They include two grommets, one for a 1" breather and the other for a 34" PCV valve, both of which are designed for 14" valve covers, which these are not. They fit snugly enough, but I went ahead and replaced them with grommets made for valve covers with an 18" bore. I drove 20 miles after installation, returned home, popped the hood, and was relieved to see no oil seeping onto my valve covers, as I had experienced with my previous valve covers, which were also made by Proform.
The end result is excellent. Construction is excellent.
