Is there a difference in height between them and stock?

When compared to stock, I didn't notice any differences in height.

Are these compatible with the lq9 ls engines? They appear to have the ability to do so, but they claim not to. ?

I'm not sure why they wouldn't, because I'm using an L96 (6. No issues (0 flex fuel).

Do they meet the criteria for number five? Why are there three engines?

Yes, all LS engines with center bolt covers should fit!

Is it compatible with the LS1 coils?

It depends on the type of coils you have, but if the bolts are vertical and separated by 72mm, they should work.

Threads that aren't up to snuff

One of the coil mounting holes on the cover has faulty threads. The initial torquing (70 lb in) caused the threads to loosen. All of the others were torqued according to the manufacturer's recommendations. (106 pound in) with no problems. I'd go with a longer bolt than the OEM and a lower torque than the 106 lb specified in the installation instructions. A replacement will be sent by the seller.

The fit and finish are excellent. The engine compartment is thoroughly cleaned. There was a small amount of bead blast material in the covera, but any new product going on an engine should be cleaned and inspected before use, so I didn't think it was a big deal.
