Is this something that could be done on a 78 351 m?

The 351M is a large block, whereas the 351W is a small block, so it's unlikely.

My timing cover had to be replaced. While I was in there, I figured I'd replace the gears. The older ones were able to participate in some of the activities. The engine started right up when I flipped the switch. Easy fix.

Prior to making my purchase, I should have done a little more research. This is not compatible with a standard camshaft. However, it is extremely well made.

For my 1984 5, this is an excellent product. 8 351W - very good tense restored the timing to its previous state prior to the removal of the old chain The sprockets had worn out.

It only received four stars because it was not as robust as the original timing chain. There were six rows of chain rail on the original, but there are only four on this version. The only way to find out is to wait.
