Are these going to fit a 1999 Dodge Ram Sport 1500 5? Is that a 9L magnum engine?

For that application, we are unable to confirm fitment.

Will these springs fit a la 360 Chrysler and will they work with the comp thumper camshaft?

No, spring clearance will have to be machined out.

Is it compatible with the Camaro LS3?

For an LS3 Camaro, we recommend checking out some of our spring kits, which are specifically designed for LS engines. Check out our 26915CS-L if you have a mild cam with a low lift. 26918CS-KIT or KIT KIT. Our 7228TS-A spring is a step up from those two. Spring kit with a conical shape.
