How's it going with yours?

They're still going strong in my 69 Plymouth with a 318 daily driver, which I've had for almost a year.

Do these go with the number seven? 4 (big block of 454?) ?

Yes, as long as the valve stem is 3/8" in diameter, these will fit a 454.

Will these fit snugly on my guides, which are 5/8 inch OD?

These are umbrella seals, not guide seals. They serve as an umbrella by riding on the valves above the guide.

Are they compatible with a Chrysler 440?

If you're using a stock head, yes, these will work. If your heads have been upgraded, we have better options available.

Everything appears to be in order

Installed on an AMC 360 engine that was guzzling oil like crazy. These were simple to install, fit perfectly, and appear to be well constructed. Time will tell, as it always does with rubber.

Although they appear to be good seals, all rubber parts are subject to wear and tear. The only way to know is to wait and see. It appears to be a very plastic-y type of product. y type rubber, so I'm hoping they don't degrade.
