You fill through the dipstick. The dipstick screws into the side and goes into the side. Using the magnetic drain plug, the pan can be drained.

I upgraded the transmission of my 1968 Bronco to an automatic with a C4 transmission. It leaked when I used the original pan with a dipstick. Solution I put it on it and it worked. The kit includes everything and is easy to assemble.

This is amazing! I love how this upgrade has improved my life! Everything, including the fasteners, is of very high quality. Visually, your vehicle will have a substantial upgrade to its underside. In addition to using the Moroso pan gasket upgrade, which Amazon suggest, it also worked great. We'll be able to run our C4 cooler and we'll no longer experience leaks. A must-have kit! I highly recommend it!.
