Questions & Answers

My car model is 2000 Honda accord v6LX, so which type should I go with?

You need the Fumoto F-type valve according to the Fumoto valve application chart There is a valve in the 106 and a PSP valve in the ADP You can use an adapter 106. My recommendation would be to use the F- if your vehicle has enough clearance between the oil pan and the ground It has the nipple, so it's 106N. It allows you to connect a 3/8 inch ID hose to the valve, allowing the oil draining procedure to run much more smoothly. It doesn't matter which valve you choose, simply switching to the valve will improve the system a great deal over a traditional

Are you able to provide the right size for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler?

My sincere thanks go out to you for your inquiry. If you have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler 3, then the F106N will fit. A V6 engine with an 8 liter capacity. There is a nipple at 0 on the F106N while there is one at 4" on the F106N. This valve has both 3/8" I and a 6" OD, which allows the user to attach Using hoses.

Is the mechanism that allows the door to open and close secure? Are there any chances of it accidentally opening, such as hitting a rock or something?

Since I bought my 09 F150 8 years ago, I have had one on it. There were also zero issues when I installed one at the first oil change on a 2014 Subaru. I noticed the plastic clip that keeps the valve from opening now. *br>I also see they come with NO issues. Having had a chance to use these clips, I believe these clips are totally unnecessary since the valves by themselves are perfectly adequate.

In order to use my torque wrench with my crow's foot adapter, I am looking for one. Could anyone tell me what size wrench to use to open the drain valve's flat portion?

Your car should be able to use it for its entire lifespan
5/5

We are very pleased with these oil drain valves! A Fumoto was on my old car when I bought it back in 2008, and after 207,000 miles, I sold the car, and my Fumoto was among the things that lost. I was able to use it without any problems and with little knowledge. Initially, I was skeptical about this product since it is not made with steel, but it is not required to be made with steel. I have done dozens of oil changes on my own, and it has worked flawlessly. Anyone who does their own oil changes would find this product highly beneficial. This one is perfect for my new car, just as I loved the one I had on my old one. Putting it in is just a matter of waiting for the next oil change. The pros are I'm exasperated. This product has a heavy duty rating. Steel is not used, but the material is very robust. I'm exasperated. The quality of the product is excellent. Aside from having 200,000 miles left in it, it still runs like a charm. *I have one on my wife's car that has over 120,000 miles. I have no problems. Easy to use For changing my oil, I never had to use the right size wrench. I'm exasperated. Taking the mess out of it In this case, an oil catch container was also equipped with a hose and made it easier to direct oil into it. The cons are I'm exasperated. My car's tightened clamp sometimes caused me to move the release lever in the wrong direction. I couldn't see which way the lever should move, so I often pushed it up or down the wrong way. We learned not to force the worm to move, and we tried moving it differently. I noticed my Fumoto valve was leaking a little when I changed my oil last week. About half a cup or so of oil came out during the It was the first time anything like this has happened to me, and it is the 4th Fumoto valve I have owned in the past ten As a result, I sent a message to the Fumoto Online Help Center They sent me an e-mail via their website asking what I had to do Upon receiving my request for some information regarding my order, Fumoto employee Andrew sent me a reply answering my questions. He promised to send out the correct Fumoto valve for My message was merely an e-mail He mailed out an Amazon replacement valve the next day after I mailed him a copy of my Amazon receipt. I think that's the end of that. I could not have dreamed it would be so easy. My valves leak, but I remain satisfied despite the fact that one of them leaked. Our customer service was one of the best and most painless we have experienced. Whenever I need to install a Fumoto valve on another car, I assure you that I will do so on that vehicle as well.

A large amount of dirty oil was stored in an For several years, I was a fan of Fumoto, and I have had them on two of my cars, and I've started working on a third one
3/5

Upon taking out the oil pan from my Honda Accord, I noticed the Fumoto valve's thread part is about 1/16 of an inch higher than the oil pan bottom. This explains why it keeps capillaries above the oil pan, thus keeping oil at or above the levels. There is 2 qt of oil in the course, the dirty part.
I will keep it on my oil pan, but will replace it with a pump when I change my oil next time. As before, I have always wondered how the new oil I put in became brown after only a few days of use. It was a good decision now that Now that the oil pan has been cleaned from old oil, it is still clear a few days after it has been cleaned.

This is great, and it saves all My 2016 Ecodiesel Ram 1500 came with this, which I installed

Getting the truck on the ground was very easy because it is so high above the ground. Originally, the drain plug was straight down, so installing this lets the Fumoto valve direct the drain directly down, without any obstruction or hose that would be needed. When you drain the water, nothing gets in the way. That is why you do not have to get this particular one with the longer tip. Although the valve is installed, the front cross member is still lower than the drain plug area, so even if you install the valve, the front cross member is not the lowest point of the truck. Since I was worried that it would stick down further than the truck itself, that doesn't happen so you have no issues with the possibility that it might hit something in the future. It is important to follow the installation instructions and NOT to torque. a common tool and turn the shaft once more as many times as it asks for. As a result, the gasket can only be reused once because it gets crushed and if you reuse it a second time you will still leak, so read the directions The valve may be backing up, so I suggest you use a marker and mark both the truck and valve quite straight. That will let you know if it backs out if the line seems to not connect. The valve is well made and the drain is now very straightforward. With this item, you can rest assured that it will be widely used as it is widely used in.

This method works well and simplifies the procedure of changing the oil
5/5

My new cars require synthetic oil, and a basic oil change costs ridiculous amounts when they are done at a shop. Therefore, I decided to do my own oil changes now. As a result, the job is even easier. The drain pan is outlined below, the filter is changed, and the valve is opened to drain the tank. As a precaution, I also bought the overpriced plastic clip to make sure that the lever doesn't open by itself, although the lever is spring loaded in the locked position and there is no indication that it would open independently. The oil change kit is a must-have for anyone who performs their own maintenance.

I've been using it in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE with no issues
5/5

I have found that it provides great performance for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE. The oil was changed quickly and effortlessly. Unlike the bolt it replaced, the new one was angled not to poke underneath the rim of the car so it would be A plastic tube is placed on the dumper, and the waste is dumped directly into a container without leaving any It has been a pleasant experience for me.

I love it

For the past five years, I've had one on my Tacoma. It looks as if the valve just got installed. It was my concern that the valve would come loose or snap off, as many others have done. Considering the quality of the valve, I am confident that it will stay secure for a long time. It is also not necessary for me to use a retaining clip From what I can tell, it is not necessary. Now that I am changing my own oil, I can save quite a bit of money in addition to enjoying the benefits of synthetic oil. A valve that doesn't make a mess is also a plus. For this valve I am writing a review There is a 106N) for a Jeep 6 Cyl. There's a pentastar. Reviewing five years of perfect performance is the main point of our review.

The things I've been searching for all my life are nowhere to be found
5/5

My fellow Mazda enthusiasts informed me about these drain valves after I bought my 2014 Mazda 6. What have these things been up to all my life? Every time I change the oil on my car, I get a little spill and a little bit of oily mess. By using this drain valve, I can direct the oil drain directly into the oil container I take to the local parts store to recycle. There is no mess and it is so easy to use. Although the design of the mug was so simple, I was a little apprehensive at first. However, it was the sheer number of people who brought up how great it is that made me finally decide You can spot peer pressure by checking one's friends.
