I didn't see that coming. There's a front mount for the motor, A frontal view. You need to buy 2 quantities of rubber to replace the rubber on the front and rear engine mounts on an Infiniti G20/P11 Primera. Definitely did and had a great time doing it!
It's not an insert, it's a solid mount, so you'll need to remove the old rubber one and press in the new one. The last time they had to be replaced was 20 years ago. There is an extreme amount of stiffness to this car, and you will notice the vehicle shaking on startup, so become accustomed to it. In the olden days, we felt motor vibrations due to soft rubber, but now you feel them when you sit.

There are vibrations, though they do not seem to be too intense. There has been a small improvement in shifts and throttle response. I used a hacksaw to cut the inner ring of the stock mount, just as I did with the rear To release the tension on the ring, I bent one side of the band and hammered a small screwdriver under the cut. Having cut out the rubber, I took the sawzall and worked my way from the inside to the outside of the first metal ring. I then pounded it out so that there would be less tension and boom, with lube it slid right in!.
