Questions & Answers
This item is not something I would recommend. After a short period of time, it failed on my classic car.
I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if it'll work.
A plastic cap with an O-ring is used by Ford in most cases. There are some older pump reservoirs that have a ring on them. This type of dipstick may be found in later Fords, but it is more akin to the older GM type. More research is something I would do. I hope you find this information useful.
This item should not be purchased for any reason. I installed it on my '73 Nova, and after a year and 500 miles, the cap broke off, allowing the fluid to leak out. JUNK!

When I first went to check the fluid level, the dip stick came loose from the screw top and became stuck in the reservoir. I attempted to file a return but was told that it could only be filed if it was less than 30 days old, which it was when it happened. br>br> Edit review, 11/16/2019: I contacted Amazon and received a full refund. Amazon is to be thanked. Still not a fan of the product, but Amazon is a great place to shop.
It was a perfect match. For the aftermarket, it's a good deal.
The pump is given a new look with this accessory.
It's the perfect size for me.
It really works. This was purchased for a 454, and it fits perfectly and looks fantastic.
The chrome top adds a nice touch to these great replacements for old Saginaw style GM pumps.
