These are excellent lifters, but I had to disassemble each one in order to use them

This item did not arrive in the manner in which I had anticipated. The lifters had been soaked in solvent that hadn't come from the factory. I double-checked with Comp Cams. These lifters work well, but I had to disassemble each one to get the solvent out. Because of the solvent issue, I assumed they had been used before I purchased them, but they show no signs of wear. I'd buy these again, but with the expectation that they'd be soaked in oil rather than solvent. and that they'd come from a seller, just like they'd come from the manufacturer.

It's complete nonsense. I'm not sure what's up with Comp Cams lately, but I'd advise you to avoid them. These things only lasted about 90 miles before collapsing. I also ordered a cam, which had faulty lobes. Thanks to Comp JUNK, I now have the opportunity to remove my 100-pound head from my Jeep AGAIN. It's a 4, of course. Why would a head weigh 100 pounds if it weighed nothing?.

In the package, there were the wrong lifters

The wrong lifters were in the box when I ordered these. The lifters I received were too small in diameter, allowing too much oil to flow between the lifter and the bore in the block, flooding the valley and preventing oil from reaching the push rods or the front of the engine!.

There are six people who can lift! Keep the Land Rover 4 in mind. The number 6 refers to a Buick (GM) 215 v8 engine. br>br>Way less expensive than OEM, but of higher quality. Comp Cams is the name of the game. br>br>I really like them, and I can't believe they're nearly $100 cheaper than the stock junk options.

This isn't going to work on my 2005 Chevy Silverado. Others will have to be purchased. I ordered them because it said they would fit my truck when I ordered them.
