Yes, if the hubs are manual; no, if the hubs are automatic.
No, that is only for one side; the entire axle would require two quantities.
I believe your vehicle's front suspension is independent rather than solid. As a result, the spindle nuts are no longer required.
It's not the standard design, but it works.

On my Cummins 1st Gen, it worked perfectly. They were far superior to their predecessors.
These are a good substitute for post and hole locks. One of the two pairs I bought had too much zinc plating on it, making it difficult to thread, and the stud was too large to fit in the pin as a result. Things were sized down to fit after some work with a wire wheel.
This is a great product that does exactly what it says it will. It was well worth the money.
These were installed on my 1993 Ford F250. I had to get back into my hub for another repair after they were installed for a week, and when they came off, the spindle nut with pin no longer had its pin.
It was delivered quickly, and all of the parts were present and functional. A+++.
On a 1996 Ford F250 7, it worked perfectly. Dana 50 TTB with three manual hubs.

I thought they were a little pricey, and the socket didn't fit as well as it should have, but the threads were fine, and the nuts got the job done in a pinch.
