Full fins, not diamonds, should be better for cooling, but if you're looking for this pattern, you won't find it. br>Gasket surface wasn't smooth; one side had 8mm circles that were recessed, while the other side had 8mm circles that were raised; I had to sand the raised side to make it flat. br>Both the front and rear lip seals could have been better; the rear was not round, and the front lip had a narrow portion. br>The Fel- Fel- Fel- Fel- Fel- Fel- Fel For this series of engines, the pro gasket is one piece, and extra sealant can only be used near the corners. br>The bolts that came with the item were in a bag in a box that was loose, and the bolts were bouncing around in the package, luckily without scratching them. I installed 4 corners, the side bolts would not grab, they could easily be 1/4" longer than what was supplied, had to press upwards with 1 hand even with 4 corners held to get them to grab, then did standard tightening sequence and finished up with front to back on each side to make sure they were all the same torque. br>I installed 4 corners, the side bolts would not grab, they could easily be 1/4" longer than what was supplied, had to press upwards with 1 hand even with 4 corners held to I took a beat and went looking for leaks, but there were none.

It is a perfect fit. It was necessary to use a file to deburr the mounting face, but this was a simple task. I would purchase this product again.

My part didn't come with the diamond in the center, but that's fine because it looks ten times better and fits my thyme perfectly. I love spectre parts, and this is another one I've added to my truck.
