For the most part, they fit, but the flare on the or skirt, whatever you want to call it, just below the 12point head should have been a little bigger.

Washers should be purchased

Bolts with 12 points of excellent quality. The only disadvantage is that these require washers. Without washers, some of the hole is exposed, especially on the smaller side rail bolts. clamping is ineffective.

For a stamped steel, the bolts are too long. Junk. The bolts on a stamped steel tank are too long and will cause the tank to bottom out. Bolt heads have very small flanges on them.
