How much do these cost? Are the metal sleeves within the bushings included?

I believe I did receive the item or at least I think I did, however, I am not certain, I sold the truck and all

Consequently it says the bushing is for the cab, but the description is for the spring bushing. How can I find out which one this listing is ?

In the case of the bushings I received, I verified the prothane part number on amazon with the prothane part number on the prothane website. * FYI installed these on a 77 GMC K15 regular cab stepside short bed and they fit reasonably However, I ended up replacing the four remaining bolts with new grade 8 bolts after receiving the kit had only supplied two bolts.

Is it possible to get these for a 1978 GMC ?

As far as I'm aware, I did use a GMC Sierra Grande in 1977

A modified OEM design works, but is not an exact replica

These mounts are not the stock ones off of a 1975 Chevrolet K10. You will need to trim the sleeves on the rear cab mounts in order to use the provided hardware/mounts. It would have been better if they had followed the OEM design, but it appears the more expensive brands are also equipped with the same functionality. So I would guess that the OEM design is not followed. Compared to a similar product, the price was much better.

It is not possible to use Chevy K10 4x4 bushings on the rear top of the cab

As shown in the description, this kit is intended for use on a 1980 Chevy K10 4x4. I found the rear cab mounts to be incorrect on the kit upon arrival. Instructions inside the package stated the kit was only for a Mounts for the front and rear of the vehicle may fit, but those for the rear of the vehicle.
