Is it compatible with a 2006 Chevrolet ?

The answer is unknown to me. I have a 3500 dodge dually that I can fit them in.

Do these go with the lateral traction bar? Is there a minimum of four bumps ?

In order to repair a set of traction bars you will need a set of new bolts. I had to remove my bolts before I could repair that set of traction bars.

Can they be fitted to a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport?

It did not fit my ProComp lift kit on my Dodge 1500 Laramie, so you need to make sure it fits your vehicle first

This package was originally meant for a Ford, and I never removed the bushings.

Although the product was reasonable in price, only 2 out of the 4 bushings fitted, while the other 2 were loose. Their dimensional quality was not up to par, but they did work.
