Yes, I had no issues installing this on a 700r4.
It certainly ought to. I installed it in a 1990 Chevy K1500 4x4 with a 700r4 automatic transmission.

The flex plate did not fit as promised, so we installed it first, followed by the engine. It resulted in a slew of issues. We returned to the website and re-entered our vehicle's information. It's still being claimed that it will fit. It is not the case.
It has a nice feel to it and is of high quality. I had hoped that because I bought a better one, it wouldn't wobble as much as a cheap one, but it does.
I bought parts for a build and now I'm stuck with scrap metal that doesn't fit what I needed because the product description said it was for a 350 crate motor.
Solid piece, just wish the middle was cleaned up a bit. There was a small piece of metal left over that wouldn't let the fly wheel sit snug with my crank, so I had to sand the piece down with a grinder just a tad and it fit perfectly.
