The shape is a bit different than OEM, but fit and function are perfect, there was no problem in installing and the product works A replacement part from a local parts store would cost $50 - $60 A unit like this, which costs only $60 and the OEM model costs almost $90, is a great deal. This kit was installed in the 2009 Mazda MX-5 There are five 5 speed transmissions.
Since I had no previous experience with making repairs, changing this was relatively easy for me to do. I haven't installed the cylinder yet, but so far it seems like it will work well.
The products I replaced them with were from Exedy. The installation was easy and the product performs well.
I have no problems with my miata 06.
I can tell it's an Excedy product. I saw the box clearly marked Excedy.
I think that MX5 owners should use them as spear parts since the quality is excellent, and the price is also good.
