Apparently, someone else is frustrated and gave me a return for less than $30. 00 because this fits my 2004 Dodge Ram. An oil change revealed the metal in the oil as well as my original disc clips, which were in poor condition. Extensive installation of this item was carried out after researching it. I'm sharing with you how I installed the base on two jacks with only two custom tools in less than two hours. So I just lifted the 1/2 pound bolt off so that it was a solid 2" long. I compressed the old springs using two nuts and two washers, then reinstall the new springs by passing the 2" bolt over two nuts and two washers. For turning the nut away from each other, I had to cut a 12 point box end wrench in half at 15/16. You need to remove the lock bolt and cross pin at the same time. remove C- You will remove two or three of the five sides by gently sliding them out from the end of the machine. Set up the bolt tool after pressing the disc springs and remove the spider gear washers using the power tools. As a next step, rotate all the weight of the loaded truck with the vehicle in neutral before removing the bolt spreader tool. After that is done, the kit can be installed. The solution is to put each friction disc clip in the carrier and place both disc ears in each clip, then pivot both discs into their nests with the rotating gears. As soon as I discovered the side gears and saw the disc clips were correct, I slid the splines into the axles to ensure that the side gear alignment would hold. Next, the Spider Gears will be put inside without washers, so just turn the Spider into a wedge, while keeping one axle rotating in place so the mouth of the Spider meshes with that of the side gears. While I wasn't the first owner, I just got a new one tooth. It wasn't moved by me, as I used the cross pin hole to get it lined up. Then I removed the spreader bolt, squeezed the new disc springs, and the spider gear washers were easily used. Put in the C-COM part and presto! The hard part is securing clips to the axles, tapping a matching cross pin, and securing a locking bolt at the thread locker.
These are painful to put in, even to say. It is important that you find out what the best tool for removing these is in order to reduce compression of the spider gears and clutches so that other spider gear shims will fit on their hinges. We have driven 100 miles so far with no problems.
There was nothing I could find anywhere in order to locate it. I can't get it. Exactly what I was looking for. I felt good after fitting.
My experience with Yukon shows that the component works well for axles. There are however, there are no two-sided gears, two-pinion gears or the cross pin shaft. There is a holding clip here as well as clutch packs.
I worked on a differential with this product and found it to be the correct fit. It turned out to be a perfect match.
However, they were not pictured with two new retaining clips. The product looked so good I would have bought it anyway.
With the 9. 10 on my 2010 Ram 1500, I had no problem working with it. With 25 rear wheels, the vehicle can haul 25 people at high speeds.
I will soon place them in the refrigerator, but according to them, that is not true.
