There is a difference between NPT and The idea doesn't seem feasible to me
No matter what diameter braided line I use, I haven't been able to get these fittings to fit. Not sure if I'm missing a tool that will make the process easier. It is better to find a shop that specializes in braided line and ask them to make up our lines with the fittings for us. If you cut the braided line and try to install the fitting, your swear jar will fill up quick.
The supplier does not specify that it can be used with ptfe fuel lines, but I would use it nonetheless.
I agree - Make sure that you have the correct pressure, volume, and power levels of the fuel supply. Here are some of my favorite tools Moho's 6 line for the 350hp 454 gets 8 mpg at 58 psi with Holley Sniper engines

There were some issues with the quality control at Russell/Edelbrock, and I believe that they are proud to be made in the USA? There is an obvious Made in China label on this fittings package. An anodized burr caused a rough spot where the anodizing was not applied. There was a big burr on the threads that I had to remove as it penetrated through the anodizing process. The problem with this product is that I am almost the type that wants to return it. It bugs me to use it because I am a little OCD. It made things much easier for me. I bought another brand of fittings from a different store (online parts warehouse) that weren't problematic. I'll stick with that brand from now on and save about half as much.
It is not a good idea to buy The items are made of cheap Chinese It's only fitting that Edelbrock brings their manufacturing back to the US. As a result, I returned all of these fittings and bought Earl's fittings from Summit for just a few cents more each. Make sure you take care of yourself. A AN fitting manufactured by Earls meets the specifications for aircraft use. By looking at the differences between the two fittings, it can be seen that the Earls fitting is You have nothing to thank Edelbrock for.
The end of the hose is pretty standard. This is a challenge to install without the right tools, as most of them are. The six-sided type of crow's foot wrench would work best (not the flat type) or you'd ensure the aluminum would be shredded. In any case, it looks really good under the hood with its red/blue coloring. In terms of durability, it's not very reliable However, I managed to remove some of the finish from the crow's foot wrench even when it was the right size.
There are no leaks in either of the hoses, they were relatively easy to install (it took me about an hour to make each hose with two hose ends), and they look good even if they have some damage.
This part is good. I support Senate Bill It is unclear what pressure the pressure pump puts out, but the fittings seem to fit well and there are no leaks yet. So far, this is the first time I've used the AN fittings. I am pleased with the product and the ease of working with it.
Due to Summit, I purchased steel braided trans cooler lines that turned out to be too long. I guess that makes sense. It was very easy to put on these fittings, they don't leak, and they are very well made.
I have recently been ripped off by the fuel hookup kit I bought (see my other reviews). This made me aware of the large quality variations in AN fittings that can affect your It appears to be fine. Make sure you check which thread direction the hose should go in I recall they require a counter-thread. As you insert the hose into the red cap, twist in a clockwise direction. You'll have an easier time if you get it right.
The steel braided line I switched over to for my Cummins has been a great improvement and I have bought several of these. Product that can easily be put together and is well made.
My personal preference is to use Russell AN fittings as I have had negative experiences with China made cheap.
