Yes. It's a fuel line for my Holley Sniper's electric fuel pump.

Is it possible to use this line to cool the transmission?

I used it as a fuel line, but a regular tranny line is less expensive.

Previously, I used some 6an line that came in one of the cheap Amazon kits, but after about 6 months, the hose began to leak profusely. I replaced it with the Russell line, and there have been no leaks since. You can see the difference between the Russell hose and the cheap Chinese stuff, and I am confident that I will not need to replace the Russell line for a long time.

RUSSELL "FULL FLOW" HOSE ENDS MUST BE USED

This hose will only work with Russell "Full Flow" hose ends. It took me a long time to figure it out. In addition, unlike the 6AN Teflon hose, this hose will fit 3/8" barbs.
