It won't be a replacement, but it will be a significant improvement. This tubing can withstand higher temperatures and is more durable. Not to mention the funky color combinations. We use it as a turbo Watergate hose because it can withstand higher pressures and heat better than rubber.

Is it 3mm in diameter on the inside?

Yes, but if you're contacting your Eboost2 with this, it's too big.

These hoses aren't even close to 3mm in diameter. Take a look at the images above to see what I'm talking about. I used a digital ruler first, then a physical ruler to take the measurements. Above you will find both sets. When it comes to precious mm, these hoses are massive. I double-checked the packaging to make sure they hadn't sent me the incorrect ones. They didn't, despite the fact that the package says 3mm hose on it.

If your VW or AUDI is displaying insufficient flow codes, order this and allow about 2-hours for delivery. It will take 3 hours to remove all of the hoses from the EGR, intake plenum, cruise control, and other systems and replace them with these. There are no longer any codes, and the idle has been resolved.
