Sorry, but no. Brass is not a good material for aircraft. Not sure why everyone thought brass was going to be there. There is no mention of brass anywhere
There is a huge difference between the female and male 6AN.
Using it on my transmission cooler was a good idea. Using this, the 6an connector is transformed into a barb connector. Basically, I screwed this onto my trans cooler and then attached a rubber hose to it. My jeep puts about 50 miles per day on and off road and I have had no leaks with my product.

There's no reason to get a barb fitting when this one does the trick. This part seems to be of high quality, fits perfectly, is easy to install, and does not leak as it should. It is also extremely affordable when compared with similar products. I would definitely buy it again in the future.
My work was completed according to the description.
The swivel part doesn't make sense to me, but at least it's in the same direction. I purchased a used Holley 4150 carburetor that came with fuel line kit. This is the part I used to attach the fuel line. I was very pleased with the product. It works great for the purpose I purchased it for, but I am unsure what the swivel part means.
I think this will work fine, but it is a bit misleading to call it a swivel. The nut is not a true swivel because if the nut is tightened, the barb is captured, so if you are installing it in a tight space, the hose may not have sufficient room to be able to twist as it should.
There were no leaks and the quality was good.
No leaks were observed following installation of this part which was nicely finished, compact, and easy to install.
