The axles have a 30 spline. The axles come with 27 spline rotations, which is an upgrade. As a result, you will also have to upgrade your center chassis.
We do not make these for the Dana 30 and Dana 44 front axles, I am sorry
The factory JK will be able to fit them. XJ, YJ, and TJ cannot use a factory Dana 30 only one with upgraded shafts is available for those vehicles.
It comes in a set of two. Both sides of your axle will be attached to it. These can not be used on the rear axle. This includes both the driver's and passenger's sides.

When you only have one vehicle, like me, and cannot afford to drive around a lot, the Amazon site is difficult to find the part you need. But going to the manufacturer's site was easy and gave me the part number, description, and SKU number to match Using this SKU number, I was able to match up the Amazon part with my order. I am stunned by what I find on my stock Jeep! On the axle shafts, there is just some molded plastic I had sand in my tubes from I was at the beach last time, four My first step was to clean the seals and then to install them. Getting the grease fitting in the right place was easy enough, it should lie between 1 and 2 In the 5 o'clock position, the 12 and 5 o'clock positions are lit The six-digit number will not work due to obvious reasons, but the seven-digit number will I have the grease gun in each position but I am not sure how well it works since the zerk fitting is near the cast knuckle assembly. I wish I had known this before the "RTV" setup, but I'm sure that it will be fine. It will take some time to see how good these axle seals are, but I wish I'd known about them earlier. You may or may Having received my order a day before I was finished, I was finished earlier than I expected.
The seals I purchased were for my 07 JK Rubicon and I installed them per directions provided, however, even though there was some clearance in between the axle and the seal when turning, both seals they damaged and were removed from the vehicle. In order to install and remove this, a large amount of labor was required. It has to be stated that they are not compatible with my 07 Rubicon. I spent too much time and money on this.
They were purchased for my 08 JK Rubicon, and I installed them according to included instructions, but even though there was some clearance between the axle and the seal, it wasn't enough to prevent damage when turning while driving, so I had to remove both seals. In order to install and remove this, a large amount of labor was required. It has to be stated that they are not compatible with my 07 Rubicon. I spent too much time and money on this. This is terrible!.
Due to Covid, I have not been able to install the new products Packaging like this shows a high level of care in the shipment, which leads me to believe that the part will perform well.
I have them on my Rubicon and they are fantastic. 6 years ago I bought a new set of these! They lasted six Buying cheap ones is a bad idea!.
Axle housing and bearings are kept free of water. It's great to have these. Keeping water out while keeping the engine oil inside. Mine belonged to the previous owner and was leaking on one side. Since I put these in, I didn't have to change the inner axle seals, which is a pain in the rear.
There is no possible way these would fit on 27 spline D30 wheels (e. g. In every XJ ever built, a D30 was available). asked the manufacturer if 11105 fits axles with 30 splines, and he confirmed it. You'll need the seals 11102 (red) or 11103 (black) for your XJ. It should be noted that I checked the PN on a few sites and found that every site As soon as I find out if it is the correct PN, I will return mine and order the 11103.
