I was a little concerned after reading the reviews for this battery that those who had also mentioned the issue of the bolts not fitting would also experience an issue with this product. It wasn't necessary for me to worry. It took no time at all to install. To remove the battery, I unbolted the bracket and removed first the negative battery terminal (as you should ALWAYS do) I then removed the positive battery Taking out the battery is as simple as lifting it up. The batteries are designed in such a way to facilitate easy installation, and the battery terminals handle this neat trick just as conveniently. Depending on where the nuts are located inside, the terminal can be mounted top or side. To replace the OEM capture bolts, I simply slid the nuts from their side mount shipped positions, added some dielectric grease to hold them in position, and simply used their OEM captured locations. I really did not have to do anything complicated! Taking the whole thing from start to finish took less than 10 minutes. On the dashboard, you no longer see a warning light. It is both perfect for the job, and thanks to the price difference compared to the OEM battery, a great value for money. It would be worth buying again, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to replace their Mercedes E Series or W211 auxiliary battery.

A screw and nut were installed on the side of the battery upon arrival. It requires removing the screw and nut, and using the supplied screws and nuts, and reattaching to the top mount, if you are using it in a GLK350 like me. A battery tray for this perfectly fit in the battery compartment. A fault or error code has not been found. Auxillary Battery malfunctions no longer appear in my error messages. It has been one week since the last issue.

The trunk cover must be lifted. There is an oxygen sensor adjacent to the spare tire.
Second, if you need to replace the auxiliary battery of 2014 Mercedes e350 rwd sedan, this battery is a replacement that may work although it is not an original parts. It was so easy to install. I'd say it will last for a long time. For tightening a nut, you must use the correct wrench. About 10 minutes was needed to complete the exercise.

Several of my neighbors and my husband tried putting in the Even though it should be simple, they kept doing the wrong thing. It took only our friend who just happens to work at Mercedes to notice the issue and fix it instantly. The connections must have played a role. It would be nice if I could tell you more about it, but my husband should have written the review but he is too lazy to do it. It has almost become a second nature for him to not have to touch his brakes as often because he says his car does almost all the work for him now. Having a road trip in mind now makes him excited.

The battery in this Mercedes E500 was replaced a couple of years ago. The battery fits perfectly, but the cords cannot be connected directly to this battery because the connections are not threaded the positive is not threaded and the negative is not With the mighty max battery, each of the connection points comes with a nut and bolt. Take out the small bolt and use the nut to attach it to the cables of your car. The bolts have to be moved around while you are trying to connect, but overall it's worth it because the savings can't be beat and it worked perfectly. So far, it's proving to be a great value.

Do not purchase a battery. A hearty hello! Yes, it would be a great value if it worked! Read reviews $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$YES, IT WOULD BE A GREAT VALUE IF IT It does not work, but it is sad that it does not. IF THE BATTERY IS FITTED INTO THE COMPARTMENT HOLDER, IT WILL BE PRESERVED. But there is no hole in the battery for tubing to be inserted. It's a no-brainer to stay away from this battery. The battery is not connected to the tube by any hole for an acid discharge. That was a total waste of time. I went out today and it was very hot in the garage. Again, I repeat myself I repeat myself I repeat myself I repeat myself I repeat myself
! I DO NOT recommend you buy batteries! It seems like everything is the same. The only difference is that there is no hole in the battery to place the tube in, so do not purchase this battery. IS OUT OF SOCKET! You may return it if you purchased it and need to return it. The fact that you were told so hurts to hear!.

Because the original had threads on the terminals, we removed the old one and replaced it with a new one without. Please send me an email about a refund or replacement. There has been no word on it since that day a couple of days ago. My guess is that I will need to speak with Amazon about this. It's not plug and play, I wanted something like this.

A new installation was ordered on August 12th and completed on August 13th. I replaced the original unit because I began to get tired of recharging it every few months due to aging and light use. I found it more convenient to exchange and be done then to keep charging, for the price. silicone to secure nuts in place so I could easily mount/reuse existing MB battery bolts, instead of using nuts that could slip out and cause cables to be difficult to mount given the I have not encountered any problems as of 9/27/2019.
