Does it take this product a long time ?

You spray a little on for a minute, let it sit, then rinse with clean water using a hose or a bottle sprayer. You can apply more spray and brush with a soft bristle brush if there is still a residue after.

It doesn't seem to work for me

I was a little disappointed in the results of this product as a result of it leaving Freon dye on my floor mats and I do not believe it is worth my time to return the item for $12, and in fairness to the seller, neither is it worth his/hers.
