This is the end of color matching - I'm not certain that the clearcoat will make a difference, either

I find that even when I use the paint pen, it still tends to come out splotchy, and even when I use a paintbrush, it still appears uneven. Yet, the final product looks much better than the scratches I had before. You wouldn't even be able to notice that I had applied touch-ups in a distance of a few inches You should paint it up.

As soon as the paint was applied, the color matched but darkened after the clear coat was applied. It would have been nice if I could have skipped that part.
