Questions & Answers

What is the flammability of this combo kit? Do I need to put it in my check-in luggage for the ?

The majority of aerosols are flammable so I have to say no

If you apply cleaner to the chain, is it mandatory to rinse it afterwards? It appears that some brands, like Motul, no longer need to rinse their products. I appreciate it! ?

It is necessary to rinse off the cleaner after using it on the It is easy for the dirt to come off.

This can be used on bicycles, right?

In a motorcycle you have a rider that may be over 600 pounds doing speeds of 100 miles per hour but for a bicycle you don't have near the heat or friction if it's a newer chain or in good condition I would use silicone chains.

Just picked up this kit, and I was wondering whether the MPPL can be used to lubricate cables - for example, the inside of the cable. ?

With my clutch cable, rear passenger pegs, and kickstand I used it as such to clean them. The soap gets all the dirt and grime off and makes them pliable. yes, you are able to do so. It sounds almost like using WD40, but may be even more effective.

Get rid of the heavy dirt by using a chain brush
5/5

You will have to wait until it dries. I find the combination of the three products to be very useful. CleanUP must be applied to the chain in layers after raising the bike on a rear stand. Take this chance to wash out all the heavy dirt with a chain brush. Wait for a few minutes then wash your entire bike. The chain needs to be allowed to dry, then it can be dried with a clean cloth. Afterwards, spray MPPL on both sides of the rings to lubricate them. Then apply chain wax to the top or inner side of the chain after waiting a few minutes.

I give this product five stars
5/5

Three out of five Excellent System for cleaning steps in a chain. a bicycle on my commute (90 miles round trip) to work every single day so I always go with this 3-piece chain Each and every weekend, follow this step system. It is impossible to believe how good Clean Up is. You can spray it on, let it sit for ten minutes, then get the hose and wash it off. gets retuned as if it was brand The MPPL lube deal is the same as well Spray and allow to sit in the sun for ten minutes. Then I take the bike for a ride to warm up the chain and spray wax on it. You're done with your work. There is a rear spool on my boat - I can rotate the rear wheel freely whenever I wish to apply each of the 3 steps when I have the bike on the stand. Overall, the cleaning and lubrication of the chain has gone from a laborious process (you have to take it off, soak, put it back on) to a simple, short process on.

The results were excellent
5/5

I am amazed! This is the first time I have cleaned a chain, and I don't know if it is normal, but all the gunk and rust on my bike that had been accumulating for three years came right off! I took 20 minutes to make the chain look beautiful and brand new. Here are some pictures showing you how things were before and after.

The sprays you need to melt away dirt! As you can see in my second photo, I sprayed the blue can prior to my chain
5/5

I am shown applying the spray in the third snap, so if you plan to spray, make sure you are outdoors, because this spray (blue can) has a strong smell that gives Regardless, you can see that dirt began dripping off the counter before I scrubbed, as you can see in photograph Once I wiped the paper towel with it, half the work was complete. This is a quick and easy way to clean your chain if you're lazy. However, if you are an overachiever and actually do it correctly, these sprays can maintain the new appearance of your chain. You'll need about 12 cans to buy it, they cost about 12 in the store. You save a couple bucks by buying the bundle here, as the individual products would cost up to 99 cents. There is no regret with this decision.

A chain stays shiny for so long, even if you ride in the rain sometimes
4/5

The maintenance of motorcycle chains used to be a thing I didn't bother with I assumed it would take too much time. To keep them functioning smoothly, I just spray them with a little oil every now and then. Next, I had to replace a chain and sprockets, a costly process, and I decided to take better care of the chain going forward Even now I am not sure how I will maintain its appearance. This stuff I got. It stays nice and shiny for a very long time when I spray the chain with lube, let it soak for five minutes, wipe it off with a paper towel, then spray it with wax. As a result, I am very pleased with the chain. The friend of mine who asked if I had just replaced my chain asked if I replaced it myself. This is the first time I've done it. In addition, I ride in the rain on occasion. Besides, I don't want greasy degreaser near my o-rings and I don't want to use the cleaner on my chain It's unnecessary for rings to be worn.

This is interesting
5/5

That's not bad at all. This is the first time I used this new compound/wax, as I am used to using lubricating oil. To clarify, I only used the blue can, which was the cleaner, and the gold can, which was The yellow does not make any sense to me, but I will figure it out eventually. I was blown away by the performance of the blue cleaner can. Despite trying to wash off dirt and grime from my chain, I had a dripping In the end, I used a chain brush to get a complete clean, followed by a quick spray of cleaner and rubbed with a rag to dry. Considering where the chain stands at the moment, it is pretty There is a strong chemical smell coming from the cleaner. However, it does the job so well that I will still use it even though it is not good for breathing at all. If you are spraying, you may not breathe while doing so. Take a deep breath and spray, then get up and walk away for 20 seconds, and A special scent is emanating from the wax that makes it very different from lubricant. As far as chemically is concerned it is not bad. A sweat smell would be more accurate. I don't know. No matter how it comes out, it comes out as a spray from but you can tell it's thicker than normal lubricant. The metal has a gold or bronze color to it as well. Then rub it in with a rag after it's been sprayed on the chain. It took a couple of days to complete this twice, after which I let it sit overnight. Being honest, I was a bit skeptical but tell you what, I came up with the right decision. No tire run off or chain run off from the tire. There is no problem. I can feel a difference within the rings that move inside the chain when my fingers run over the inner side of the chain. My finger felt less pressure with the traditional lube (oil) because the rings moved much more smoothly/faster/less pressure. You can still see the rings move with the wax, but they are not as fluid as they are without it. As a spray wax, it is pretty much fine to me as it is thin.

I'm surprised to learn that MPPL exists
5/5

You should use chain cleaner and lube to keep the chain clean. Despite the fact that the "wax" hardly flies, it is actually quite remarkable how it behaves. My experience indicates that it works well for lubing, but since I use it so frequently, I do not know for sure how well it lasts compared to It is worth it just for its sticky quality. This particular product package smells weird.

However, where this particular package really shines is its MPPL functionality. As a novice, I even thought it was some sort of freebie, a WD-related thing Using its description, it appears to be a 40 analogue. I can't believe how well this works on baked-on grime an stuff just because it is sprayed on the general direction. A disappearance occurs. What an incredible discovery. There is something in it that makes me worry that it is so good that it will make me brain-dead from There is a picture of the clutch assembly included here. Sadly, I cannot show you the before picture, but it was red-purple. The car had been exposed to the road, tar, dirt, grime, rain for 26,000 miles and 8 years, and it was in poor condition. It took me a minute to spray the MPPL (I did not brush) and see what happened. Like it just came off the shelf. I could easily distinguish these two photos if I spent a few seconds brushing off a few spots. This is the first can I've opened, and I will buy more of it. I have no idea what this stuff is made of, but regardless, I will be buying more of it in the future. You can clean anything with it!.
