To paint it in its original color, I would use bright white and pearl white. It will only become apparent at closer inspection if you decide to compare them.

After using more complete kits in the past (bondo, primer, paint) with good results, I thought this would be suitable for a tailgate with all kinds of paint chips and nicks. As a result, it is simply the same steps in a smaller setting. However, even if the color match is satisfactory (mine was okay), there's no way to get the smooth surface of the clear coat to match. It results in a smudge in texture that is as noticeable as a paint chip to me. It may be useful to use a pen like this to fill in the chip and prevent rust until the finish on your vehicle can be prepped and blended in. If you really want to go ahead and buy this pen for $18, I recommend spending your money on a $65 dollar kit that is likely to include all kinds of tools necessary to fix chips, scratches, and small dents on your car. It has one positive, as you can't do any real damage with this kit and it's quite easy to sand down smooth and start again if you don't like it.
On my Jeep Wrangler, it worked really well around the hood hinges.
I learned my lesson the hard way by not making sure all tips work immediately. The foam brush tip should include a paint brush tip, a paint pen tip, and a clear coat My clear coat brush tip was completely missing. I did not check the brush tip before painting, so I had already completed the It was too messy to pour it on and use a brush I had laying around, so I decided just to polish it and wax it multiple times instead. Additionally, I had waited for a cool, dry day to do the work, so the deadline had passed.
Even so, the color is close to the original, but is not exactly the same. It is quite obvious in bright sunlight that it looks different. Unfortunately, it's in a corner that's hard to see. Choose Dr. Color Chip if you want to spend the money. The problem with it is that it is much more expensive, but it is easier and more suited to my needs. There are no more blemishes to be seen. You save time and money with every dollar you spend.
In my view, it is pretty straightforward. While you have scuffing tip, paint pen, paint brush, and clear coat sponge, its purpose is pretty straightforward. This tool is easy to use, and I used it to touch up several spots on my 2014 Jeep JK and it matched very This product would be a good choice to buy Do not underestimate the capability of the pen to fill in areas, it enables greater control and is much quicker.
My 2017 Ram Rebel had the same color code as this one It was the most noticeable color difference There's a yellow tint to it.
It is a light tan color instead of bright white as stated in the description. Off in the distance there's a dark sky This is a white or tan In fact, it does not match the factory color of my '19 white Ram truck at all. There is no point of it, and I'm not going to use A $15 waste of money.
This brush does what it is supposed to do, the pin point tip works the best for my application, but I also like having a plastic hand guide when using it. I like the way the paint match turned out.
My Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 is an exact match.
