I haven't attempted it with putty yet. I simply sanded down the putty.
It's possible, but this isn't a particularly powerful remover. The decal must be rubbed off. It might take a couple of tries for you to get it right.
I do not recommend resin based on my research of other people on the internet. It's possible that some minor details will be lost in the process. Simple green was proposed by one. It appears to be a little less obnoxious.
It's possible that the heat will melt the plastic. GOD BLESS GOD BLESS GOD BLESS GOD BLESS GOD

It's a miracle worker when it comes to stripping board game models for repainting. Nothing else worked, and this stuff melted the model down to the plastic in about a minute with no damage or deterioration. 100% would recommend and use it again and again again and again br>Also, keep in mind that a small amount goes a long way!.
Great paint stripper and even better rock band! It removes enamel paint in a very thorough manner. Lacquers require a bit more time. It can even remove two-part automotive clear! br>Are you attempting to disassemble a vintage model car kit from the 1960s or 1970s? This is an excellent opening act that will not jeopardize the plastic's integrity. br>.
As stated in the description. It was very well packed. Decal removal is a breeze with this tool. It works well when used as directed. Product is something I would recommend. seller.
When used according to the instructions, this fantastic product not only removes old decals from models, but it also safely removes old paint. For a serious modeler, this is an excellent product.
All I can say is that it did not work on resin figures as a paint remover.
This product works well with models and can be reused until the solution becomes too saturated with paint. You only need a few ounces at a time, and because it isn't completely sealed and only has a small plug, it leaked slightly during shipping. Another issue is that it isn't compatible with all paints, as previously stated. Acrylic was fine, but I had some older models that were painted with an unknown color that had no effect.
Other removers couldn't get the job done, but Elo did! You must exercise patience and allow it to complete its task. In my workshop, I'll always have a can on hand.
It took some elbow grease to cut through spray primer with this product, but it worked great on acrylic.
