I washed my garment because it had a strong chemical odor, but it wasn't absolutely necessary.
Yes, I've tried it on a variety of adhesives and it works great! Stretch the vinyl-applied area to loosen any adhesive; the only disadvantage is that it might leave residue.
I've used the remover right after applying HTV and even several times after washing something. The vinyl has always come off for me, but I've noticed that the darker the fabric, the more likely there is to be some discoloration where the HTV was originally applied.
It can be used to remove htv that has been applied using a press or an iron.

I needed some quickly to remove some vinyl from a tee shirt because a customer had brought in a shirt with a major error on it that needed to be fixed in two days but the shirt couldn't be replaced. We ordered this product and it took only a few minutes to remove the messed-up vinyl. We use plastic or a white folded canvas under it when using this product because it causes dark color fabrics to bleed, even though it is not visible on the shirt itself. It turned the work space black after using it on a black shirt, but there was no evidence that the color had faded from the garment. You should also wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated area because the odor is strong and difficult to breathe in. Also, if that doesn't work, I'd recommend turning the garment inside out and applying it there first, then applying a small amount to the actual top of the vinyl if that doesn't work. Keep in mind that if the liquid touches it, it will remove everything nearby as well, so proceed with caution if you aren't planning on removing large sections.
Some of the monograms were removed so that I could pass some of the tees down to a younger child. This product easily removed them without causing damage to the surrounding decor and left no residue, allowing me to quickly replace the monograms.
This was incredible! On a sweatshirt, I had made a mistake by using glitter vinyl instead of flock vinyl. Not realizing that it isn't going to last in the long run. Obviously, it began to peel, but I was unable to remove all of it. After doing some research on what to do in a situation like this, I came up with the following. The use of VLR was advised. I can honestly say that I am not disappointed in the least. It works quickly, taking only 5 minutes to turn off. Ensure that both the front and back sides are saturated. Glitter, flock, and regular HTV were all removed by this product. I'll never go back to anything else. I had to wash the sweatshirt because it had a strong acetone odor, but the end result was well worth it.
When I first saw the video, I was unsure if it would work because removing the annoying vinyl label is difficult. I grabbed nine polo shirts and tried them on one at a time this past weekend. Wow! I didn't have to soak the solution in my polo for a long time. In a matter of seconds, I applied the solution and peeled away the label. br>However, because none of the nine polo shirts are identical, the end result is slightly different. Actual performs much better for thick labels. I literally peeled the label away from the package. However, this solution melts the entire label, leaving no time to peel it off for thin labels. Although I believe I could clean the residue better with a tooth brush, it was sufficient for me. It's on the inside of my polo and hasn't harmed the outside. br>I imagine this would work better on new clothes with thick labels before washing. Also, because this bottle is so large, I believe I will be able to remove at least 100 more polo labels, allowing me to purchase any type of polo shirt. By the way, I wear polo shirts all year long.
I removed the letters as shown in the photo. This is a black jacket with glitter htv that I removed before adding the letters I needed after waiting a day.
This was something I ordered a long time ago and completely forgot about. Today, while making milestone onesies for my niece, I made a mistake. I had to choose between removing the vinyl and purchasing 13 new onsies. I remembered I had this product last night and went to get it. It seemed to work on its own. The shadow of the television can still be seen, but I haven't yet washed it. Although there is no odor after the liquid has dried, I am going to wash these anyway because they will be worn by a baby. br>I'm hoping this doesn't go away now that the can is open.
On the back of the letters, I poured some VLR. following a 15-minute break The letter was peeled away in 20 seconds! It's as if the vinyl melts if you leave the VLR on the TV for too long. It's a jumble of a situation. However, as stated in the instructions, a little on a dry rag will clean up any "melted" vinyl or the few small stubborn spots that didn't come off during the first attempt. It was made of black nylon. The lettering on the television set was white. When I was done, there was no evidence that the chair had ever had a decal on it. I will definitely use this service again.
I haven't been able to use it because it was supposed to come with a red cap to close it after it was opened, but it was missing. I'm afraid I won't be able to give it a perfect score.
