Whether you are using a water base or an oil base depends on your model. Because I use Lacquer clear coat on my project, I use 200 micron wool. Whenever I use my system, I get perfect results.
Each cup contains the filter and 50 liners. The lids have the lids and the cups have the cups. It is likely that you will need graduated inserts to achieve proper measurements, but make sure you use the correct ones. There are 3 oz. of the liquid. A 6 ounce bottle and a 6 ounce container. It fits in the mini cup but has a different insert measuring system.
In most cases they come in boxes of half a dozen or half a dozen plus fifty

The product arrived in a 3M box and was packaged correctly, but the liners are incorrectly made
As I looked directly down at the lip on the top of the liner, the lip had a difference in width all the way around. This is where the paint leaks from at one point when it was narrower. I missed most of the collar that tightens the lid to liner's top lip, which is done through the clip on the cup lid. The liner sits inside the cup with the lid clipped on and seals the paint inside, but I was missing the collar. I had also ordered 16325, but they too were molded incorrectly and drip paint on my work before I realized what had happened. It was returned for credit on both sets. At my local paint supply shop, I purchased the same kit, and I was pleased to find that these cups were made You should always ensure that the cups are in good shape when you receive them.
The Fujispray G-series is what I use to print with them There is an XP and M model of the As owner of a 6oz and 28oz system, I can speak from experience. In this review, we'll take a look at Among the pros It's excellent to be able to tip the gun in any direction and not have a leak. The cons listed below become only minor inconveniences as a result. Clean-up is easier with a regular cup than with a cup made of plastic. This means that the material never backs up into the pressure tube any more! Because the built-in filters mean you don't have to strain the material, they are great. Although the disposable cups are useful for storing items for a short time, it is hard to stir the items in the collapsible cups afterwards. In my case, 6 oz is a little small for spraying. It would be nice if they were a bit larger (8 or 10 oz).
The only other size for the H/O models is the 28oz, which strains the wrist. Filling during a job is a bit more difficult than with an ordinary cup since you have to remove the pressure tube and let the water drain. In any other case, it would be an oozy.
These can be used with both BIN primer and latex paint, and they are reusable on the same project. It's possible to store paint in them for a month or two, and then reuse them after the tops have been replaced. I found that they significantly reduced the amount of cleaning I had to do, even though they were a little pricey, and I have yet to have a gun clog One more cool thing you can do is fill a spray bottle with cleaning solutions and spray your gun for a few seconds for a few seconds if you need to leave it overnight. According to the job, I often use a medium size and a large size.
It has been 18 months since I started using this system. To be used with the waterborne products from Generals. My favorite part is the music. All you have to do is mix the paint or the Cleaning is a breeze, and any unused material can be capped and used at a later time. Tip (There are two ways to use a ring In order to prevent screen inside the bag from drying out, you should turn the bag upside down when saving capped materials. The importance of this cannot be overstated!.
This is the first time I've had a problem, and I've never had one before! The liners seem to be molded incorrectly now, as when I spray, the liner pops open and causes a mess. My habit is to make sure the cap is tightened, so I thought it was me who had not tightened the cap. Despite the fact that I poured the remaining into a new set of liners, placed the lid tightly on top and then pressed the needle, the liner opened once again. A new batch of liners, a different cup, and a new batch of liners were all tried to see if the problem may or may not be mine. There was no repeat of the same issue. It would be best if you molded them.
It is likely that those who work in the paint industry were not confused, but owing to my inexperience, I did not go as deep into the product description as I should have. It would be helpful if 3M explained to me more about the requirement that it must be used with Pressure Cup software, in this case 16124 H/O. Moreover, the adapter list has not been updated as often as it should As a result of ordering the wrong size of adapter, I had to return it. (My fault) 3M Customer Service helped me out of this bind, and recommended that I seek out my local NAPA parts store for the right The video that 3M and NAPA produced on the PPS system clearly describes why everyone is moving to this system (thank you 3M and NAPA). As soon as the time comes to paint my project car, I am eager to use this product.
Mixing the paint with a measuring cup is easy just follow the instructions on the bottle.
Saving about 15 is not difficult for me. Whenever you spray Cerakote, this system comes in handy. Cleaning my LPH saves me from 15 to 20 minutes at a time A LPH based on the Iwate To make sure you get the 3M PPS adapter #31 you need, you can order it from Amazon here.
