Included are 50 disposable lids and liners for the 1 cm micro PPS paint cup that works with the original PPS spray gun. Sprayable adhesives, paints, stains, varnishes, gelcoats, primers, sealants, gelcoats, clearcoats, gelcoats, epoxies, urethanes, and more can be applied with this unit.

Intended for use on a wide range of projects, including car, boats, furniture, equipment, home, arts and crafts projects, you can apply this micro 3-ounce spray paint in a small amount.

It can be used in conjunction with the original PPS paint cup and collar (sold separately) and almost any handheld spray gun with adapter to be both precise and quick in mixing, filtering, measuring, and spraying paint materials.

The only occasion in which I had a leak was when I used very thin enamel paint, but I'm pretty certain that We have not encountered any leaks at the lid to spray gun connection while using a PPS spray gun (repaired 3 times) A lot of people use tips. It is stated that the 3M kit #16325 is for 28 oz cups and lids, but the product details state they are for 3 oz cups and lids. What is the capacity of these 28oz bottles?

In the listing, there are errors. A photo and a description both belong to the wrong person. Kit of 28 oz. available from 3M 16325 series. A set of lids and liners (25 each) plus 10 sealing plugs will be included. The lids will be blue to match the water-borne paint, and will include a full diameter filter embedded inside.

I received them in a 3M box and they were packaged correctly, but when I came to spray with Almost immediately, the first liner leaked. I managed to catch it before I started sprayed. After I filled a new liner with the paint and used a new lid, the new liner began to leak later on and the job had to be redone A new coat of sanding and refinishing As far as the liners that failed and all the liners that were in the same package are concerned, the liners were molded / manufactured If you look directly down at the lip at the top of the liner, you will see that the lip isn't the same width all the way around. The opening was narrower at one point, so this is where the paint leaked. My mixing cup liner sits inside the lid of the mixing cup, but it seals the paint inside with a collar that screws into the lid top which tightens the lid to the top lip of the liner, which was mostly missing in my case. As part of the order, I bought 16024, which I had previously ordered from the vendor with no problems, and they were also molded incorrectly. It was agreed that the two sets should be credited to each other. In my experience, these cups were manufactured correctly and did not leak when I inspected them at my local paint supply store. *When you receive the cups, take a moment to verify that they are in good condition.

The one I bought works great, saves time and solvent since a few spritzes of thinner will be all you need to clean your gun afterward. I have only one complaint, and that is that 3m should have a better price for what they are selling. In my experience, the 125 micron filters work great for all automotive paint, solvent, low voc or water. The finer strainer makes it possible to pass chunks of paint, so if you ever sprayed a chunky red you would appreciate how well the filter worked. There is a cleaner job as a result. You will need a mini cup for these along with the PPS adaptor for your gun. These are just liners, kids, The easels are worth both money and effort if you paint regularly like I do.
