The product comes in white, right?

What are the contents of this kit other than the spraygun? Could you please give me some details about the 4 quarts of bedliner, the Hardener, ?

Four liters of snow white impregnated liner and four liters of hardener are enclosed in this container. In the liter bottle of liner, pigment has already been put into it.

Will this kit fit a five and a half foot ?

How thick you want the end product to be entirely depends on how thick you want it. It has been maybe 20 truck beds that I've sprayed with this product. Always completely scuff the original surface, then clean it with my hands. The process you choose depends on what the truck bed has been exposed to before you apply it. You will have to spend a lot of time prepping even before you scuff if there has been grease or oil on the surface. The scuffing I do is done with a 180 grit nylon bristly cup brush mounted on a variable speed buffer. With 80 grit paper, you may need to sand some corners or hard-to-reach areas by hand. Clean out the debris now by parking your truck on an incline and using high pressure water It is important to let that completely and thoroughly dry. that the surface has been cleaned with lacquer thinner, HET wash cleaner, or similar products, it's time to wipe the surface clean. After that has dried, you should apply good polyurethane or epoxy automotive primers. You should read the instructions, warnings, flash times, application settings, and to learn about the substrates/undercoatings in the primer you have selected. As opposed to applying a primer of the same color as Raptor, I recommend applying a primer that is similar in color. Following the completion of these prerequisites, you can apply a Raptor coating to the aircraft. As far as a 6 is concerned, I can assure you. It will take a good 5 quarts to fill a bed of 5 feet with a tailgate attached. If you're good enough, you might be able to do a bit more. The reason they don't sell this in a 5 quart container (probably on purpose). If you want to purchase 2 kits or a 6 Qt'r, you should buy both. Rapid Coating is a great product, and is pretty forgiving when it comes to mixing errors. If you're looking for a fun event, this is the one to go to I appreciate you- A self-employed person. The tint will look like this if you're buying it Once you add up to 4 oz to an able version, then you can increase the amount. There must be an adequate amount per bottle of polyurethane paint to get the desired color. The majority of the time, I add 4 oz. of black powder to black color. In the course of mixing, 2K PolyUrethane Clearcoat is added to the product. Every project I work on is completed using UreChem products. If you are going to shoot your hardened solution in your bottle, be sure to leave enough space for it to shake well after addition. The clearcoat can even be applied directly over the base coat after mixing it within an hour or an hour and a half, but I prefer mixing it directly into the base product. Do not fill the bed of your truck with anything for about 3 days after applying the product. Leave the truck in the house for an overnight period and then move it outside. You can drive the truck after that but don't put any stuff in the bed. Assuming that all of this data is based on good temperatures for summertime and that no moisture is present in the air, the data is reliable. A time and application adjustment must be made if shooting in winter or during periods of extremely high humidity. Don't rush - take your time A good amount of time is two days. You have 1 day to prepare I would like to mask for about a half day The other half of the day is reserved for de-briefing I wish you the best of luck!

It's a fun product to use and a good product to own
5/5

This was a positive experience for me. The outside was painted with 8 liters & the interior with 6 liters Doors, fenders, and hoods should have an inch of space around them. In mid October, the weather was so miserable that I really did not have the time to do the bed, door jams, and other maintenance. However, she did pull back the bed and put it back where it belonged Make sure the back of the cab is sprayed with paint. We are all happy with how it turned out with two & Half an hour The three coats I did were great, though I wish I could have done more. I spent an hour pouring four liters of paint per coat. Once I had finished all the bottles, I cleaned the gun, mixed the product, and ended the process. I reshot it. This was more so that I would not skimp on the shaking, since I knew the gun was drying out the thinner. Not wanting to rush, I wasn't looking for a hurry. The only problem I have is that I looked in the bottle (raptor white) & could not find anything that stood out to me After spraying, it took on a different color. Previously, my grill looked bright but after spraying it a different color. In the photo below you can see the way it looks at an angle when the sun is shining. The color seems white when the sun is bright, but it appears yellow about an hour before sunset when the sun is dimmer. A strange thing is going on. lol I was hoping that it would be the White (or at least my interpretation of White) of the GM. Regardless, the experience was great, from the body work to the stress around etch primers and that Choosing the type and degree of sanding grit for the epoxy base coats The clear coat of the car is chipping after 15 years. You should be aware that any imperfections in your body will appear in the picture. The body above the crease was the subject of 4 days of intense work. It wasn't until after I sprayed and dried that I realized there was a bottom My face dropped. I facepalmed. I still have 4 liters of product left over for when the weather is better & I do not need the sheets yet You can scuff me up & I can clean you up Let me finish the places I haven't gotten to yet. I've found all the raptor liner results on forums and Google so I think I've exhaust all my search options You're on one. Just keep in mind that it is a bond that needs to be deep enough for it to bite. Some people use grit of 36, I used grit of 120, and my trucks clear had to come off first. There is a lot to learn about if you are into that, otherwise, it is fairly easy, fun, and enjoyable It is the time with the project that is the most enjoyable.

The mess wasn't bad since the place was a junkyard where people paint wrecked cars for cheap. In this case, the floor was normal concrete for a shop floor At the end, it looked as it did at the beginning. I splattered a little on the door trim with the door open, but it wouldn't have been a big deal. I could have done it in my driveway, but I wanted to use the 250 gallon compressor since mine only holds 30 gal and runs at 5 CFM. The UPol tech support responded right away to my request in regards to the YouTube video with the beige expedition where the guy sprayed three coats and said the entire thing was wrong The primer he was looking for is still in his possession. I would like to respond to Now, let me just say a couple Tint that person mixed may have contained binder, causing the color to become weak. Often users of Raptor cheat the product by using a paint they already have in their garage or by getting a cheap paint that they think will work to make the process of painting quicker or to save themselves As far as I know, I have no idea what happened. I like the white color of the Raptor as a There are no colors that don't cover well on the Raptor. The two and a half coats are because Raptor should be applied in two layers. Some people make a heavy coat that they think is sufficient and they think that's what they need. You should apply two coats of epoxy primer to your application, since you have several different colors and you probably have an old liner. One coat will help level out the colors and the second coat will hold everything down. It is imperative that you wait at least half an hour between applying two coats of Raptor. Between your second coat and the final coat, which is the drop texture coat, wait an hour. As a result, I only did a clear coat and did not apply epoxy base coat I knew that in the first pass, this raptor white would cover all my colours. By the time I applied my heavier 2nd coat, I knew it would work. Getting the shipment out was a snap, just pull the trigger and go Get a lot of prep done. Using the blue tape at Lowe's is not worth the $6 or so. Green tape is better, but automotive tape is the best. The blue stuff sticks and is better. Too much of it comes apart. As much time as I spent re-taping was spent with a knife pulled off old tape It was taped from top to bottom. Despite this, it did not rip or stick to my fingers or arm after the second coat. Thus far, we've broken it down into two. I started 5 hours after I started. Moreover, I forgot to add one to the inside of the door & The sticker peeled in a matter of hours after it was left to dry. It wouldn't have been the same if it were blue tape from the big stores We'd have had a horrible mess if we'd tried to do it. In order to make it crisp, use a tooth pick to go around the edges while spraying. In addition, I would like to point out You must note that this stuff contains toxins and should never be sprayed in the house. I would do anything to keep my gas flowing for as long as possible. Although the odor might be gone, it does not mean that you can breathe freely. Before entering a hot interior after it has been sprayed, make sure it has been aired out. I have updated It took me a long time to type! Here are a handful of new pictures I took recently. After a week or two of curing, the color appears to be more vibrant.

That's really cool stuff
5/5

I love it. The product has been useful for a variety of projects I've worked on. A fresh coat of paint was just applied to the floor and interior sides of my 22 blue wave boat. I only did one coat because I should have ordered 3 gallons, so one was barely enough to cover, so I'm not sure what durability will be like.

Kit looks great and is a fantastic value for those who do their own repairs. You can do it yourself for a small cost and it will look just as good as the spray-on bedilners that cost a lot.

The Raptor is a Raptor I have no more to add
5/5

My experience with Raptor bed liners is the same as that of other Raptor products that I have previously used, so I will continue to purchase and use their product in the future. I've tried many different liners but none give me the texture or appearance that I need. The scorching Florida sun does not fade the shine of the Raptor.
