It doesn't matter whether it has a magnetic lock or not it will work. I have no experience with magnetic gate locks, but I am fairly sure it will work.

I agree with them all. We're unable to enter. A lighter would be needed to unfreeze a lock and I would have to place it next to a key. Then I got the stuff, spray it in a lock on a wet frozen night, and then hang it up to dry. I'd like to do it right away. We had an awesome time. After that, that car was totaled, and I now own a brand new car, which this doesn't seem to happen with. It's still in my car just in case, and I'm getting one for my husband's as well. Since we had to replace our garage door lock due to the weather, this product has allowed us to access our garage again. We had a problem with our keys not turning in the lock, but we fixed it by spritzing this lubricant in it.
