Temperatures the car will encounter at its coldest will affect how long the battery will last. A 1 might have been the answer, but I'm not sure. It is good to mix up 1 mixture I would make it 0F if 10F was used. There are 5 gallons in each. It is possible to make more if you use more water relative to the fluid, but the freezing point of the mixture will be higher as a result. It is also possible to make less by using less water but the mixture will be smaller.

In spite of the fact that I am sir, the product can work very well if you have a large amount of it, the one quart bottle I had did not work well In the description, the product states that it makes "several gallons of fluid. ". I believe the labeling on the smaller bottles is identical to that on the larger bottle. At the time of this writing, the highest dilution ratio was 3 with one quart (which was about seventeen dollars at the time) A gallon is equal to one liter. How much is one gallon? This was a very disappointing purchase, so I highly recommend they put their dilution ratios in the descriptions of their products in the future. The product works fine so far, although even mixing it at 3 I'm not confident that it will work well at other temperatures. The temperature froze over to about 25 degrees while I was on the way to Utah in the first place. Wasn't it pretty effective at keeping the washer fluid free of streaks? The price of 17 dollars and the fact that it won't handle the cold temperatures it is supposed to handle make me doubt whether I should try It may vary from person to person, you shouldn't expect it to be amazing unless you use a whole washer reservoir full of $60+ washer fluid.

When I ordered it, I was skeptical, but I am glad I Having lived on the east coast for years, this stuff worked extremely well during our most recent winter. There's no frost at all, and there's no smell either. This helped reduce the amount of ice on my windshield as well. The product never leaves streaks. The product is excellent.
According to its description, this product works as described. A day with a temperature of ten degrees did not streak or smear, and it was able to clean my windshield. The mixture still tasted good even when the temperature was set at Although it did stink inside my car for a while after I cleaned my windshield, the smell quickly dissipated.
There is a great smell to it, and it's very effective at cleaning.
I recommend this product to my wife as she wants the windshield washer fluid clear so it doesn't stain her VW white. The only reason I knocked it down one star is because it's so expensive, but it does everything it says.
Great buy, except I was disappointed not to receive the windshield towel thing to clean it with, but otherwise an excellent purchase.
