Questions & Answers

How do you know if it will work on a 2010 Nissan Rogue?

This depends on the transmission you have in your car. Check the owner's manual for details.

The product you're requesting is suitable for my 2018 Nissan Rogue xt?

The chances are high. That is the fluid I am using for my rougue for 2016. If you are not sure, check the service section of the owner's manual. It is possible to ruin a transmission by putting the wrong fluid in.

A2 is the flagship model. How often should I change 5l of oil that's been sitting for over a year?

Depending on the age, wear, or temperature variations in the air, oil breaks down, rendering it useless after a while. If no dipstick is available, drain the oil into a container and measure what came out, so you know how much oil Three to four should be about right. Approximately 4 quarts. You'll notice that your warranty expires right at the time your first fluid change is suggested. What a cool idea, huh? Changing it every year is a tradition for me. Even though it may seem overkill, there is always fresh fluid available.

What kind of packaging is this?

This depends on the definition of sealed packaging that you use. My experience with the product was good, but what matters is who you're buying it from and whether it was being shipped from the conveyor belt, or Nissan, or whatever they are, it had to be from a dealership but it was a legitimate one.

This is a great drain and fill product for CVTs
5/5

Currently, the dealer where I buy these is selling them There is a 99+tax fee for each quart. I never had my 2014 Altima CVT serviced at 95k It took me some time researching how to drain and fill myself on the internet. This was ordered twice for a total of 10 quarts. This saves me 20 bucks over the local cost. I never asked the dealer what the price of two complete drains and fills would be. I would imagine it would be 600 bucks or something like that. I believe it was about 00. In the end, I got out 3 of them after draining the pan. This recipe makes 5 quarts. It was replaced with all 5 qts, the vehicle was warmed up, and the overfill bolt was used to remove the extra fluid. About 500 miles later, drained again and filled with 4 quarts again, using the overflow to make sure that the proper amount of gas was left in the truck. I operated the Altima using the method of overfilling this year since there is no dipstick. I spent a little over 200 dollars and the software runs smoothly. This is better than having to burn the transmission and buy a new one at $4k plus. You might be able to change the oil if you're a mechanic If you have a CVT, you can drain and fill it.

You know what I mean
5/5

The warranty on my car is still in effect, so I decided to buy the real thing. It is important to change the fluid while the car is still brand new to make sure no fluid has leaked. In addition to reading many other posts, I gathered many useful pieces of information, but I still believe that this is your oil pan is completely empty before starting the procedure. The fluid needs to be drained. The thing that comes out is what goes back in A simple task. The dipstick no longer exists, so you have two options to choose from. Autozone offers genuine Nissan dipsticks for sale or you can make your own. Choose option one and use an extra long cable tie (36") to keep the cable tied securely in place. Until the bottom of the tube is reached, insert it into the tube. A cable tie should be tied at the top of the tube at the point marked on it. Make a mark on the tie at the point which consists of the level and pull out the dipstick. You will have your full line after that.

I am extremely satisfied with their customer service
5/5

They went above and beyond my It was estimated that my order would arrive in two business days after I placed the order I will be away for three I was perfectly at ease with that. By that time)! There is the possibility that my order was indeed duplicated (I ordered five quarts and received ten in The fact that I have neglected my CVT for so long works out well for me, and I plan to do another fluid change in the near future to clear out even more gunk. I'm pretty certain the duplicate order can easily be returned if necessary, so I won't hold the seller liable. I only gave it 4 stars for the pricing, but that's just because $20 for a quart of automotive fluid just seems so outrageous After doing research, I found that this is probably the most competitive price you're gonna find for NS-related products There are only three fluids, so that's the way My overall opinion is that I am satisfied with my This is especially true given that the delivery is super fast and at competitive pricing.

Nissan altima 2 2014 CVT is perfect for you
5/5

It is a five-slot Here is one that comes directly from a Nissan authorized dealer. The OEM CVT fluid consists of five bottles, one of each type. This is the first time I have fully drained my Nissan Altima 2014. Five sand, and when I measured it, only four qz drain oil was left. I filled exactly 4 bottles of QZ (2 bottle + 2 cap) and after driving 25 miles, the transmission is smooth.

A great OEM at a great price
5/5

On my 2016 Altima, I made a change. When I bought it used with 43K miles, checked the service history and the CVT fluid was never changed. So, I changed it now that it has 59,770 miles. I found a YouTube video on how to do it the Nissan way, and while it took me a while, I succeeded in doing so. It shook so badly when hit by stop lights because the oil was black black. The guide pins in the brake calipers were replaced, and still This problem was solved when I changed the CVT fluid. The acceleration is too smooth, exceeding 60 mph in no time at all Which is better, 80 MPH on highway, or 90 MPH on highway? doesn't seem to be aware of it at all. It would be better if a separate transmission cooler was used as the OEM one quickly heats up.

It has been a smooth ride so far
5/5

For the first time, I changed the transmission fluid at 55K and had no transmission issues. In keeping with maintenance schedule, for example, the liquid has to be changed every 60K. In addition, the dealer said it should be changed between 70 and 100K. A long wait is a risk I am unwilling to take. As a result of changing the fluid, I noticed a very slight kick (when switching the gear stick) had If you wish to measure the water level, do not use a deep stick. You can adjust the level of fluid in the waste compartment using a drain. There is no danger in draining out the excess if you put too much.

Nissan's cvt fluid beyond 2013 will be crucial for all of their vehicles
5/5

You don't need to listen to dealers who claim their fluids will last a lifetime. Everything gets old in this world, so there is no such thing as eternal life. After I drained it, the fluid was black and had approximately five particles in it. My 5 quarts drain came out just as the same amount was added back in (this is important to know the amount of fluid taken out)

So far, the truck is running better than before, I have.

A fresh product straight from the factory
5/5

As an owner of the CVT transmission in my Nissan, I would recommend changing the fluid every 60 000 miles. I had to have the dealership do it because I did not realize you needed a scan tool for the job! Any effort to extend the life of the transmission is greatly appreciated by me, since I consider it to be one of the weak links of many modern cars.
