Genuine Chrysler Accessories (5189977AB) AS68RC Automatic Transmission Fluid - 1 Gallon

This fluid worked well in my 2017 Ram 3500 fitted with an As far as I remember, the last time it was changed was when I bought it at 69k and changed it as long ago as 77k miles ago. It used to be that I would get slip shifts when I worked When I noticed it was slamming into park from drive, I dropped the pan (which is very tricky since the 4 bolts are at the back of the pan right above the cross member) and changed the filter as well as Using a code reader, it was possible to clear the transmission code and drive as though it were new. A low pressure code on the transmission is generated during the initial start-up which causes the truck to only go into gear two (no shifting). At least on the RAM HD, you have to clear the code to be able to drive. The fluid and smooth shifting are excellent, any clunking from D to P is eliminated, and this meeting 69RC requirements as well.

The fluid is the same for both Asian 68/69 rc transmissions, it is much cheaper to buy it by the gallon, and it requires relatively close to nine quarts for a fluid and filter change on a 2013 Ram 3500 dually. This bottle has a capacity of 7 litres.
