My restored skis that are over 20 years old will only be oiled with XPS.
The second time I used it, I had to add oil because it was low. A little over 5 minutes later, the Seadoo began to sputter and keep It was only the addition of the oil that changed it. Would someone be kind enough to tell me more about this? As a company, Seadoo only wants to sell you new machines, and they do nothing to help you service your old Over 10 years old Seadoos will not be dealt with by Seadoo dealers. Can you help?.
My 97 SeaDoo had simple oil in it and was fouling out the spark plugs. I flushed it out and changed the plugs, I added xps oil, and now I can reach top speed 80 mph on my SeaDoo. As a strong believer in the fact that you can't just run any type of oil in a two-stroke, I contradict a lot of people. There is no doubt that this oil is a little pricey, but it is worth every penny.
Although XPS has not updated their own website to show the new bottle, it appears to be the same as the 'yellow'.
You must use the correct oil! You should not use other oils which may damage your jetskis. Additionally, you will not be able to get the performance you expect without the right I used other oils as well and i did not get the results I wanted from my jetski.
I needed what I bought but it leaked. I will let it sit in the back for a couple of days to make sure it is just the cap and not a puncture in the bag otherwise I will need to return it. *Updated Fortunately, only a small amount of oil was lost due to a loose cap. There was a lot going on, but it came up.
Since etecs use such small amounts of oil, you are pretty much forced to use this oil if you own one.
Take if you want to. Do not use this anywhere else than on the skis. There's no point in experimenting with other stuff I always use the automatic oilier, whereas many All that's necessary is to change the filter every year, or every other year, to stay in good working order.
