You can call or check out blogs to find out what to use for your make and model, and I know there will be dozens of products recommended. For my 05 F350 6, I'm using this. There are 150K miles on the 0 Diesel. My name is Jennifer. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. If this stuff works, it will allow me to follow up on last summer's scorching summer when coolant temperature reached 235°+. So far, it has not reached 110° in the desert, but it is not more than 205° As I mentioned above, I flushed and refilled the entire cooling system before adding this product, so I expect my max temperature to be 230°.

I didn't experience any problems with the cooling system, but I'm not sure what caused the difficulty.
The Dodge Diesel doesn't really seem to have noticed a temperature difference.
