Questions & Answers
Both of them are synthetic mix oils, though the XPS comes in a bottle that is different in shape.
You are looking at the XD100. If it's still in stock, this will be an excellent purchase.
You can use it for any 2-pipe water cooled system Its more than adequate for modern high-tech engines, with their closer tolerances and higher demands. The XPS100 is overkill, since its formulated for engines with much higher demands. We won't have to worry about substandard protection and lubrication with the oils that we used when our motors were older.

The price I'm getting is very close to the price my dealer charges for pumping oil out of a The mess is bad, as the old containers are being used. I cannot think of a better solution. At the same price, I will receive new containers that are clean and sealed.
There's not much one can say about it other than it always costs more than you expect. I'm at least saving a little money because it costs less than other suppliers, and 3 gallons will last me all.
I do not have a warranty on my Etec. Evinrude XD100 is the only fuel I ever use in my boat engine. I do not use ethenol gas. The cost of a few dollars does not warrant risking anything else in your engine. The risk is not worth the reward for me. used Castroil two stroke oil on a two stroke Johnson snout 10 years ago, and it caused a hole to form in the piston. My point is not that it was the oil, but what happened To rebuild the engine, it should only be filled with Evinrude oil, according to the mechanic. To me, there's just no point in taking the risk. Putting this Etec back together would cost an enormous amount of money. You need to use the good stuff to keep your hulls wet,.
This is much better than me driving around and standing at a counter with a clueless guy who knows nothing.
The oil is quite expensive, but an Evinrude mechanic insists it cuts down on engine wear. The fuel burns very clean, and a gallon will last the majority of a summer's needs, so the cost is not an issue.
You won't need to change your ETEC if you run both of these with 91 octane dino gas.
It arrived promptly after ordering. The Evinrude 100 to 1 blend oil is the top tier oil for Evinrude engines. There was a 4 dollar difference between our price and the next lowest price in the area. Happy with my purchase.
