Yes, some were still wrapped in doubles when opened from the cap, but when opened from the cap, the plastic seal was still intact. They smelled like gear oil to my knowledge. I'm not sure why they were so cheap, but I bought 8 myself because the price couldn't be beat.

Hand pump makes it simple to dispense. Oil of excellent quality. For my Chrysler, I only use Mopar parts. In terms of operation, everything has gone smoothly thus far. For my 2015 Chrysler 300C Platinum 5, I didn't need the limited-slip additive. 7L Hemi.
