Questions & Answers

Can this lubricant be used to fix sticky game controller buttons?

It is probably best to use an allpurpose cleaner that has a lube in it

It has a 10 band equalizer with a vertical up/down slider that does not move smoothly up and down. What happens when this product is used? Does it smooth out motions?

Caig Deoxit FaderLube is a better alternative to possible. The product costs a little more, but it is exactly what you need to clean and lubricate. DEOX IS NOT THE ONLY OPTION- The price of this electronic lubricant is a lot better than the biggest brand-name electronics lubricant Using a deodorizer spray from a reputable brand Oxyde of dioxin In addition to There's no gold in it
4/5

Max Pro does not purport to deoxidize electronics, but I find that it cleans pots and faders just as effectively as any other deoxidizer on the market. There is also a lubricant in it that creeps more smoothly than WD-40 Fender guitar saddle screws become loose when the nut reaches 40 degrees, so it works great to loosen them. The product helps me keep output jacks and electric guitar pots from oxidizing as well as sticky or fast electric guitar pots from sticking. You can use it to lubricate much more than just electronics. I've also used it to free up frozen truss rod nuts. It's a great product, and it's really convenient for a lot of things. I have updated the information for 6/2016. During a period of just a few months, the price of Max Professional Electronics Lubricant has risen greatly. The first time I paid $10 was in early 2015. I would like to pay 10 for In contrast, this product came in a white can with a domed top, and, although it still worked well, the product was foamy when it came I have no idea It's for that reason that I gave it a 4 star rating. The A/B/R/B/R STATUS is as follows I noticed the price is almost $20 right now. That's out of control. An 11oz. is for a glass. It is possible. Even with this being good, a can will last you for a long time. I'm going to try CRC 2094 Electrical Silicone Liquid Lubricant, 10 oz Aerosol Can, which is On Amazon, you can buy a 66 ounce can. In any case, I'll give you a report at some point TABLES WITH RESULT. That's not my cup of tea. I really miss the creeping action of the lubricant in the Max Pro 4125, although this silicone doesn't seem to form much of a barrier. Would anyone be interested in a partially used can of CRC Silicone Electronics Lube? The following is a word on electronic deoxidizers that contain residue (aka grease). These deoxidizing cleaners lubricate potentialiometers, faders, motors and switches in order to make them function smoothly again. In addition, lubricants can also attract and collect dirt, thus requiring frequent cleanings and sometimes even component failure, because of the nature of the lubricant. A non-profit organization The residue electronic cleaners and deoxidizers are very effective at removing oxidizers without the need to start a cleaning cycle. Thus, it's always a good idea to have both types of cleaners, and to use the one that is most appropriate for the job. Since Max Professional 4125's lubricant is so light, as compared to Deox-40, I will not discuss it specifically. As it's sprayed, most of the chemical evaporates soon after. The DE Ox- In addition to being tacky, it also lasts longer. It is possible for me to spray Max Pro on a slow-turning pot and then follow up with a non-flammable cleaner once it is left free of residue To remove the oil from the residue, you can use a residue cleaner like CRC QD Electronic Cleaner Itemized lists*.

I love what you've done

There is no better stuff out there. Whenever I needed to mop the floors, I would use the radio shack stuff that contained trichloroethylene. Eventually they removed it, and the design did not function as well as before. After 20 years of storage, I find a guitar amp that I used 20 years ago. There is a lot of crackling and instability on the volume and tone pots. It was necessary for me to clean them with something. Despite ordering it blindly, the product has worked great for me. All is well with my amplifier. I have no issues with noise or stability with the controls. My volume didn't drop out at all. I'm very happy about that. You did a great job.

Volume and tone controls are easily cleaned with this product

For my guitar, I purchased this to clean a noisy volume control (pot). That worked fine I treated some others so that they were lubricated as well. It would be a good idea to use.

This product does exactly what it says it will do and is what I needed
5/5

Despite my old age, I had some light switches that were difficult to turn. The fixture was old and I did not want to get into the trouble of having to buy a new one, so I deceided to use this product. I had no idea they made such a product until I searched for it online. The job was done without any issues.

There is a difference between the new model and the old model
3/5

As you can see in the photo, the bottle shown in the picture worked perfectly for me, but the new labeled bottle cleans well, but has less lubrication and makes knobs feel older after use. In the picture, there is a bottle that may no longer be available. This is the new label that I received, and I don't like it. On the new label is a picture of a large electric motor and it is 11 oz in place of 4 oz.

The item I was sent wasn't the item I received! The product in the picture isn't what was sent to me
3/5

I do not know if the Can had a different label or if it is the same product. I am looking for a product to remove the grime from my electronics, but if it is the same product it isn't very good, it's almost like water. The quality of this wasn't up to par.

I expect it to work

I used this for the knob on the volume control. I expect it to work. On desktop speakers, this was used to stop static from arising when the volume knob was turned. There was a problem and it was fixed. I used it on my Vestax mixer as well.

This is how true professionals fix their problems

Original recommendations of Max electronic lubricant came from Sound Craft for the preservation of their analog recording The knobs and switches on my console number in the thousands, and I am delighted with the way this stuff saved them. This is also the material I used to make the electronics of a 40-year-old car The year is This guitar is a vintage instrument. For years, I have been using one application without any problems.
