It is not a spray bottle it is an aerosol can. If you use the straw that comes with the bottle and rig up a longer tubing to get to your work, maybe your work will be easier
A great way to reduce friction for any metal is to use Slick 50 One. There is no other product like it that I have tried.
This is a very thin, clear liquid that works amazingly well, any overspray is easily wiped away. Just about anything that makes a noise I apply it to, including door hinges, handles, and locks. The adhesive is also used on window frames to make opening and closing easier. One problem my husband always steals my can, so he can use it in the garage (he never finds his).

Keep in mind though that you need to Lubricant of outstanding quality. It's good to see that it's back for sale. When my last can ran out in 1994, I had to buy a new one. I tried to buy more but was not able to find it anywhere in the late 90s. I love the stuff I've been reading lately.
