Questions & Answers

There is an old cast iron wood stove in my house, the doors sound like they are in an ancient dungeon when I open them. Then it would be a good solution for the noise, right?

This should work, but I'm not sure how it is going to hold up to very hot In addition, you will notice it if it is spread over a large area. The wheel hubs of a track car that I use for track days are coated with it to prevent them As long as it does not get too hot, there is no deterioration. You can't go wrong with this.

Also, can this be used as a lubricant for the Caliper compression parts in place of silicone lubricant?

Lubricants made of silicone are for guide pins that are either sealed with rubber boots or are surrounded by rubber grommets. This is anti- The use of anti-seize lubricants is appropriate anywhere metal-to-metal contact is present, such as between pads and calipers.

Does anyone know what the NLGI consistency number is ?

NLGI 2 is the grade assigned to the language. Please accept my sincere thanks for your assistance

How do I determine if the mmc77 cu base or mmc78 ni based bolts are best for exhaust manifold bolts?

The MMC 77 is a good choice for exhaust systems, while the MMC 78 is intended for metals dissimilar to copper, like aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel, which Copper 77 may react with. Materials other than MMC 78 would be compatible with MMC 78.

You will need the following components when installing high temperature exhaust! I love how easy it is to apply and how great it works! By using this high temperature antisieze formula, you can easily install and remove everything from air sensors to spark plugs to exhaust manifold bolts
5/5

The first thing I recommend is to wear nitrile gloves while cleaning tools and removing excess compound. When it comes to skin contact, it is not the healthiest at all. I would recommend it only when high temperature properties are needed.

I was expecting this to work The can of nickel-containing paint was almost empty so I substituted it with this This is "eze"
5/5

In particular, I use it on the threads of automotive bolts, especially those which are prone to rust caused by high temperatures. The name is a bit more runny than my old one- But that could be a difference between the old and the new. A few parts had to be removed that had been treated with this anti-fungal There was an already-existing seize (spark plugs) and they came apart very easily. The company is highly recommended for auto repairs or large furnace repairs.

I was replacing cast iron parts on my wood stove, and the stove company impressed on me how important it was to use a high temperature anti-seize lube! We were pleased with the results of this nickel-based lube!

Hinges with hinge pin protectors
5/5

A new Weber grill is what inspired me to buy this product. In the end, my drill always requires me to replace the Cotter pins since they rust out over time. As far as I can tell, this product is thick enough to prevent such a thing. Everything seems to be going well so far.

Excellent product
5/5

I am pleased with the purchase. Having read some reviews, I was concerned that I would receive a "half bottle" however, I compared my 8oz with the reviews. You can pour a similar amount of 8 oz. from a bottle into a cup. I didn't have a lot of time to spare and it wasn't too far away. A little less than a half inch. The liquid level is lower than the water level, but there is also some lube on the brush and up one side of the bottle due to shipping, so most of it must still be The shrunk wrapped box came with it. Buying this was a great deal.

I found that it worked well with stainless steel
5/5

This is ideal for parts made of stainless steel that I have assembled. The only thing I can comment on is that I have not used it for anything high-temperature related. If I were to buy it again, it wouldn't be for a while since a can of antisieze lasts me so long.

Bolts are kept from seizing up with this great product when it comes to automotive repair
5/5

Use the lubricant on all fasteners and bolts for easy removal later and for good lubrication. It has a brush on the top for easy application as well.
