There is no need to first drain the radiator's existing coolant! Second, add watter and bottle, third, drain watter and bottle from rad, fourth, flush with remaining watter in rad, and fifth, add ur new coolent to rad.

When my 2003 Mustang's odometer reached 200,000 miles, I decided to give it a quick tune-up. flushing the cooling system and replacing the coolant were among the tasks that needed to be completed. The rusty colored debris removed by the Gunk Motor Medic from the block and radiator astounded me. At the age of 20, I used this product to flush a completely rusted cooling system. I completely cleaned it out, and instead of turning brown with each flush, my coolant has remained the same color.

Follow the instructions to get the best results. When I changed from yellow to red coolant, I noticed a significant difference in temperature. If you care about your car and want to flush out the coolant properly, this product is a must-have.
