Yes, it is! I put it in my 1991 F-150 There is a 250 4x4 in the picture. With a manual transmission, it has 4 speeds with overdrive. luck with your project.

My 1985 F250 had a completely greasy and dirty power steering area that leaked fluid from the power steering pump so I bought an affordable remanufactured pump, a new hose and a new low pressure hose for it. And it works like a charm. After I flushed out all the old fluid and filled up the reservoir with no leak, I started the truck for the third time to get it to operating temperature. This did rejuvenate the seals, and the guy I sold the truck to hasn't had any leaks either.
It is a product I use a lot on my old cars and recommend to anyone who has a slow leak. Brand X is the only one to deliver on what it promises. Furthermore, it stops the leaks WITHOUT interfering with, clogging up or messing up the engine, transmission, or power steering.
