It does work on a 2004 Saturn Ion. After driving 100 miles with it, I've noticed an improvement.
You can't do it, it seems. In 2013, Canyon and Ford teamed up and developed this axle with a smaller torque converter and of lower quality. As a user, I found this product to be very useful. However, the only way you can receive answers is from the dealer.
As long as you don't have more serious problems with your Transmission, it might work. It would be necessary to make a mechanical repair in that case.
You might be able to fix it yourself, but it is better to have a mechanic or oil change place flush the transmission fluid.

In the beginning, I was skeptical that a small amount of fluid in a tube would be effective in helping me with my transmission getting stuck in second gear and then slipping into third. I had even had an estimate for $1100 from an auto transmission shop. We can restore your transmission for a cost of . 00, with a warranty of three months, or we can replace it Even $1500 is not enough to get that vehicle.
We liked the price and performance. To remove the torque converter shudder on our 2003 Sprinter 2500 it took us about 100 miles. There was a slight shudder occurring at 2200 rpm under cruising conditions (of roughly 53 to 57 miles per hour (10/2017)*br/*br >The "temporary" cure has remained in place well over a year of driving on Interstate highways (75mph+) at temperatures over 105°. It appears that the problem is returning again, so we are going to retreat the transmission to see if it helps. I have added 1 tube to the system, which seems to have fixed the shudder problem. (January 2019).
The drive shafts and the majority of other components have been eliminated as the sources of the problem. According to the Jeep dealer, the torque converter is likely to be the problem and will cost $2400. Just prior to shifting, the engine would shudder at low RPMs. When I tested it today, I did not shudder anymore! I bought 2 tubes and installed one today. I enjoyed it very much! As I have been testing other attempts on the same roads, this was no different. A total of about 10 miles were driven in the city and about 15 miles were driven on Interstates. The fact that I had saved $2400 made me stop by the local hobby shop to buy myself a Traxxas Xmaxx. That night, I took the Jeep out again, and this time it had the same awful shudder! I can't believe it! The first tube worked, so I will try the second one. I have read that it sometimes takes 2 tubes to help a patient, but the first worked 100%. Xmaxx is staying in my collection!.
With 150k miles on my 2010 F150, I developed a bad shudder that was getting worse. Several weeks had passed since I first felt the shudder. I'm plugging in. . Those who coil. It was not fixed by anything. This was the solution I figured I would try, and it fixed the problem immediately after I installed it. 3,000 miles into my drive, I noticed that the shudder was coming back slightly. My pain was eased by a fluid flush shortly after that. The problem is mostly gone after 6k miles, yet it will barely be noticed. Since I have a new fluid, I will put in another one. However, reducing gloss from the torque converter isn't a permanent fix, yet sometimes the shuddering can simply be caused by a buildup of dirt and grime. I would rather not pay what it costs, and it would be better to do without. What this stuff is is You can't continue driving when you are shaky. There is no way you can get away with tyranny. You should put this in as soon as possible to prevent This is an easy item to install.
I had a problem where the car would shudder, buck, and fluctuate by 200 or 300 rpm under light acceleration especially on an incline, not to mention when I had passengers. This corresponds to 300 revolutions per minute. No problems were encountered even when accelerating at high speeds. Honda DW-45 transmission fluid has been filled twice, drained twice, and refilled twice First, I removed the VCM and replaced the 3rd and 4th gear pressure sensors (I had gotten a warning twice for the 3rd gear pressure sensor). As I was tired of dealing with the car, I was ready to sell it but I knew no potential buyers would want to buy the car with transmission issues. I bought two tubes of the Tranzy Fixx a month ago and used one, which to my surprise completely fixed my car!.
It has 205,000 miles and is a 2008 4Runner. As a result of low speed shaking, I developed a There had probably been a 50k change in the trans fluid since the last time this was done. I thought I had a torque converter failure or that it was in the early stages. I read on some forums that adding Shudder Fixx and changing trans fluid could improve transmission performance. Having taken it to a trans shop and walked out with a huge bill is so much more expensive than taking it to that first. About 100 miles into the trip, there was no more trembling. The program is now working properly. It's been 500 miles and continues to shift smoothly without any of the Excellent little tube! I highly recommend it!.
In my 2003 Odyssey EX I put one of these tubes A few months ago, I tried L3, and it almost eliminated the shudder I was experiencing when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear at slow speeds. When I used my Honda ATF without Lubegard Instant Shudder Fix, my transmission seemed to shift jerkily, but when I used the Valvoline Maxlife ATF, my transmission shifting quite smoothly. It is especially recommended when this is used with Maxlife if your transmission shudders between gears.
My transmission fills from underneath my car, so I ordered a 100ml syringe to put this in. (For the last year, my BMW X3 has been experiencing torque converter shudder. The filter and fluid have not changed the shudder remains the same. There was a good chance I'd have to replace the torque converter eventually if I didn't go down with the tranny. When I first read about Dr Tranny, I figured I'd give it a shot. As soon as I put this in my BMW's transmission, I immediately took it for a spin. There was no shudder at all. My car has been shifting normally and the shudder is gone for a couple days now, and I was wondering if it would return, but it just did not return. For my application, I put both 2 ounce tubes in as I'd read that two were needed. Additionally, I had read that this was the first thing BMW tried if you brought in your car to be fixed. I am so far extremely happy with the outcome. I have seen reviews from people who say it still works even a year after purchase, so I am hopeful that I will be one of those. Thanks for reading. I hope it.
