Sta-'s performance has left me unsatisfied. When I asked a store clerk for suggestions, he showed me Star Tron. It contains an active enzyme, according to him, that "eats away" at gunk and deposits in the fuel. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a shot. Wow is all I have to say. This stuff has never failed me even after a decade. On my ranch, I've been using the red-colored fuel stabilizer to keep gasoline in cans and tanks for decades. Gas can sit for a year or longer before being used, and the "red" stuff can take even longer. I'd occasionally run into issues with older fuel not performing well. Since making the switch to Star- I've had no problems with fuel with Tron (which is less expensive per treatment) - even if it's 34 years old gas I treat all of the stored fuel at first, then retreat after a year if the fuel hasn't been used. So far, I've been extremely pleased with Star-K's services and have become a regular customer. Tron.

This stuff is effective. All of my gas is treated by me. Boats, generators, two-cycle engines, lawn mowers, and so on. My generator sat for over two years with a Star Tron-treated tank. As Hurricane Laura approached, I dragged the generator out of the garage to service it and start it up. The second time I pulled it, it started right up and ran like a dream. For over two years, my four-stroke outboard motor sat in my garage. I inserted the bulb, pressed the start button, and it immediately turned on. Although it may appear to be expensive at first glance, because you only need a small amount (1 oz for 8 gallons of gas), it is actually quite affordable.

For many years, I've used a fuel treatment to keep my snow blower, lawn mower, motorcycle, RV, and cars running smoothly while they're stored for the winter. I had no idea that other fuel stabilizers didn't work well with ethanol-containing fuels, especially in small engines, until recently. In Colorado, ethanol is added to all of our gasoline. As a result, I purchased the Star Tron Enzyme fuel treatment and installed it in all of my equipment and vehicles as I prepared to store them for the winter. If any issues arise, I will update this review next spring.

Due to California's addition of ethanol to all car gas, I installed an electric fuel pump in my classic 1955 TBird, but it only lasted a few months. After doing some research into the negative effects of ethanol, I discovered that it destroys rubber and plastic. As you can see from the photos of my fuel pump opened up with the rubber destroyed, electric fuel pumps sold online are not built to withstand the destruction of ethanol. Everything upstream of the fuel pump needed to be cleaned. The additional filter, which is located downstream of the fuel pump, has no effect on preventing rubber from entering the carburetor. Ethanol's negative effects are countered by using the Star Tron enzyme additive. Without Star Tron additive, I will not be able to drive my classic car.

With the current state of fuel quality, fuel additive is almost a necessity. It can be added to anything, including lawn mowers, cars, and motorcycles, and is useful in combating ethanol in the gasoline at the pump.

This was required for my enraged dirtbike. We'll leave them alone, probably because it's a Honda. br>br>It had been throwing a fit about starting, so I decided to clean it out. I installed it, ran it through, and then replaced the plug, and I haven't had any problems since. It was a huge help. I'll go over the rest of the toys with it.

This was purchased for the purpose of treating gasoline for small engines. a compact tractor, an ATV, and a commercial zero-turn mower I only buy ethanol-free products (mowing mowers, etc. ). I get free gas and treat it with this stuff, and none of my vehicles have had any issues. I've gone three months without starting an engine during the winter. They started right up after 4 weeks with no problems with fuel.
